- 50〜88重量パーセントの、重量平均分子量が85,000〜120,000原子質量単位のポリ(アリーレンエーテル)と、
10〜30重量パーセントのゴム変性ポリスチレンと、
2〜10重量パーセントの、アルケニル芳香族モノマーと共役ジエンとの水素化ブロック共重合体と、を含む組成物であって、
すべての重量パーセントは前記組成物の全重量に対するものであり、
前記組成物は、ISO527に準拠して温度23℃で測定した降伏点引張応力が少なくとも65MPaであり、
ISO180/A1に準拠して温度23℃で測定したノッチ付アイゾッド衝撃強度が少なくとも15kJ/m2であり、
温度23℃、負荷25MPaおよび5ヘルツの条件で測定した耐引張疲労特性が少なくとも100,000サイクルであり、
ISO1167に準拠して周方向応力が18MPaの条件で測定した耐クリープ破断性が少なくとも150時間であることを特徴とする組成物。 - 前記ゴム変性ポリスチレンは、88〜94重量パーセントのポリスチレンと、6〜12重量パーセントのポリブタジエンと、を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の組成物。

前記ポリ(アリーレンエーテル)組成物は、
50〜88重量パーセントの前記ポリ(アリーレンエーテル)と、
10〜30重量パーセントのゴム変性ポリスチレンと、
2〜10重量パーセントの、アルケニル芳香族モノマーと共役ジエンとの水素化ブロック共重合体とを含み、
すべての重量パーセントは前記組成物の全重量に対するものであり、
前記組成物は、温度23℃、負荷25MPaおよび5ヘルツの条件で測定した耐引張疲労特性が少なくとも100,000サイクルであり、
ISO180/A1に準拠して温度23℃で測定したノッチ付アイゾッド衝撃強度が15〜21kJ/m2であり、
ISO527に準拠して温度23℃で測定した降伏点引張応力が少なくとも65MPaであり、
ISO1167に準拠して周方向応力が18MPaの条件で測定した耐クリープ破断性が少なくとも150時間であることを特徴とする、ポリ(アリーレンエーテル)組成物を含有する給湯備品の耐引張疲労特性の増大方法。
