本発明の更なる目的は、粘性のある材料を噴霧する新規な装置を提供することである。
本発明の更なる目的は、材料を封入する新規な方法及び装置を提供することである。
本発明の更なる目的は、低圧力を使用して農業投入物を噴霧する新規な方法を提供することである。
本発明の更なる目的は、低圧の空気にて農業投入物の噴霧を分配することである。
本発明の更なる目的は、噴霧の漂流を制御する新規な方法を提供することである。
本発明の更なる目的は、製品を封入する新規な方法を提供することである。
本発明の更なる目的は、繊維を形成する新規な方法及び装置を提供することである。
本発明の更なる目的は、動物に植え込むのに十分に細胞が接着した生物分解性繊維布状部材を形成する新規な方法及び装置を提供することである。
本発明の更なる目的は、新規な播種装置及び方法を提供することである。
本発明の更なる目的は、有益な農業的結果が得られるよう化学剤を農地に施す新規なシステムを提供することである。
本発明の更なる目的は、有益な微生物にて接種された種子の新規な播種方法及び装置を提供することである。
本発明の上記及び更なる目的に従い、原材料は、設備の出口まで移動させる。本明細書にて、原料にエネルギを付与するため、運動エネルギ流体と称される、流体である少なくとも1つのその他の材料は、原材料に衝撃を加える。運動エネルギ流体は、原材料を幾つかの可変値の任意のものに依存する1つの形態に形成する。可変値は、原材料、運動エネルギ流体及び設備の出口の物理的特徴及びエネルギ特徴である。これらの可変値により、その値に依存して、液滴、霧、蒸気、繊維又は固体粒子が形成されることになる。原材料は、殺虫剤、肥料、液体、ゲル、微生物、種子、草調整剤、種子添加剤、キトサン又は上記の組み合わせのような特殊な性質を有する固形物のような農業投入物とし、また、噴霧し又は流体掘削のために使用し又は農業用、工業用、医療又はその他の用途用の繊維として形成し且つ、捕集することができる。
状部分84を有し、該凹状部分は、図28ないし図30にて参照番号68で示した1つの原材料の入口ポートから原材料を受け取る代わりに、入口ポート68A、68Bを通して2つの原材料の一方又は双方を受け入れることができる、設備20Dの更に別の斜視図が示されている。このように、設備は、供給分を希釈目的のため混合し又は多数の供給分から1つ以上の選んだ原料を受け入れることができ、これら多数の供給分は、弁によって制御され又は多数のポンプ通路により3位置弁(1つの位置は、水にてパージングするため使用することができる)から供給される。
出し管部分内の大きさい角度まで漸進的に変化させたスクリューのピッチ角度を有する。
スクリューは、種子粒子及び流体を送り出すと同時に、任意の種子累積物を押し出すため
、送り出し管の壁を移動させるせん断板の駆動力を提供する効果があり、このことは、種
子を送り出し管内に効果的に個別の片にする。勿論、媒体は、有益な微生物及び過酸化カ
ルシウムのようなその他の有用な添加剤のような生物学的添加剤を含む有益な添加剤を有
し、種子に適正な酸素を提供することができる。
、種子懸濁材料の貯蔵容器104と、半固体の搬送機構106とを有する噴霧乗物とする
ことができる同一の播種機102を備える別の播種機システム110が示されている。し
かし、設備20Cに代えて、運動エネルギ流体の流れとすることができる種子ナイフ11
2にて又は原料を自由にする固体部材によって種子懸濁材料はオーガの端部から簡単に除
去される。

。電位を印加しなければ、非配向のナノファイバを製造することができる。電位が印加さ
れると、ナノファイバにより互いの間の長さにて互いに平行であるマイクロメートル直径
の繊維から成るマットが得られ、顕著な長さを有する組織状マットが形成され、このマッ
トは、多くの生物医療用途にて有用な優れた細胞接着能力を有する。ナノ粒子を形成する
ことが望まれるとき、粘度及び電位を変化させれば、細かい粒子を電気噴霧することが可
能となる。
以下の実施例における多くのその他の可変値は、予見可能な結果と共に本明細書から選ぶことができるが、以下の非限定的な実施例にて本発明を示す。
酢酸/水/アルコール中のキトサン溶液を雰囲気圧力にて純粋な二酸化炭素気体にて泡立たせ、最初に選んだ共溶媒に依存してエタノール、メタノール又はアセトンを追加した。
手順:
1gのキトサン粉体(アルデリッチ(Aldrich)DA=80.6%)を99mlの水中に懸濁させる。次に、1mlの氷酢酸(EMサイエンス(Science)、99.9%)を追加する。
エタノール中の1%のキトサン/酢酸溶液の数滴で析出を生じさせるのに十分である。
実施例2−CO2−EtOH−キトサン溶液の形成
手順:
キトサンを1%酢酸、40%エタノール及び59%蒸留水溶液中に溶解させる。
キトサンを溶解させることはできなかった。
実施例3−CO2−EtOH−キトサン溶液の形成
手順:
300mlの蒸留水中のキトサン粉体の懸濁物を磁力にて撹拌した。次に、懸濁したキトサンを溶解させるべく氷酢酸(9.53mL)を追加した。形成される溶液は、30分間、二酸化炭素(リンウェルド(Linweld)、工業用品質)に泡立たせた。その後、全溶液が1リットルの容積に達する迄、撹拌し且つCO2を泡立たせつつ、エタノール(ファームコ(Pharmco)、200プルーフ)を溶液にゆっくりと追加した。
析出物無しの透明なキトサン溶液が形成された。
実施例4:CO2−MeOH−キトサン溶液の形成
手順:
1gのキトサン粉体(アルデリッヒDA=80.6%)を99mlの水中に懸濁させる。次に、1mlの氷酢酸(EMサイエンス、99.9%)を追加する。
メタノール中に1%のキトサン/酢酸溶液の数滴にて析出を生じさせるのに十分である。
手順:
キトサンを1%酢酸、40%メタノール及び59%蒸留水溶液中に溶解させる。
キトサンを溶解させることはできなかった。
実施例6−CO2−MeOH−キトサン溶液の形成
手順:
300mlの蒸留水中のキトサン粉体(バンソン(Vanson)、DA=83.3%)の懸濁物を磁力にて撹拌した。次に、懸濁したキトサンを溶解させるべく氷酢酸(9.53mL、EMサイエンス、99.9%)を追加した。形成される溶液は、30分間、二酸化炭素(リンウェルド、工業用品質)に泡立たせた。その後、全溶液が1リットルの容積に達する迄、撹拌し且つCO2を泡立たせつつ、メタノールを溶液にゆっくりと追加した。
析出物無しの透明なキトサン溶液が形成された。
実施例7:CO2−Ac−キトサン溶液の形成
手順:
1gのキトサン粉体(アルデリッチDA=80.6%)を99mlの水中に懸濁させる。次に、1mlの氷酢酸(EMサイエンス、99.9%)を追加する。
アセトン中の1%のキトサン/酢酸溶液の数滴にて析出を生じさせるのに十分である。
実施例8:CO2−Ac−キトサン溶液の形成
手順:
キトサンを1%酢酸−30%アセトン−69%蒸留水溶液中に溶解させる。
キトサンを溶解させることはできなかった。
実施例9:−CO2−Ac−キトサン溶液の形成
手順:
7gのキトサン(バンソン、83.3%)を315mlの蒸留水及び65mlのアセトン(EMサイエンス、99.5%)の溶液中で撹拌した。6.67mlの氷酢酸を追加して撹拌することによりキトサンは溶解した。形成される溶液は30分間、CO2にて泡立たせた。その後、溶液の全容積が70mlに達する迄、200ml/時の率にてアセトンを追加した。この溶液はCO2−Ac−キトサンと称する。
析出物無しの透明なキトサン溶液が形成された。
以下の表1、2には、実施例の結果の概略が記載されている。図1には、キトサン溶液を準備すべく使用した溶媒の導電率及び表面張力が示され、表2には、実施例3、6、9のように準備したキトサン溶液の導電率、表面張力粘度及びpHが示されている。これら表から、CO2の泡立ては、キトサン溶液の性質を顕著に改良し、このことは、エレクトロスピニング法を助けるものと考えられる。

活性化段階は、成長前にて種子内にて代謝作用が開始する時点から成長が開始する時迄であるとみなし、上記のパーセントは、活性化段階の時間によるパーセントである。
Claims (11)
- 種子を含む適合可能に選んだ原材料(42)及び少なくとも第一の可動の適合可能に選んだ運動エネルギ流体(32)を互いに接触させるステップを備え、
前記適合可能に選んだ原材料(42)及び前記少なくとも第一の可動の適合可能に選んだ運動エネルギ流体(32)を互いに接触させる前記ステップは、前記適合可能に選んだ原材料(42)の速度、前記適合可能に選んだ原材料(42)の厚さ、前記適合可能に選んだ原材料(42)の幅、前記適合可能に選んだ原材料(42)の温度、及び前記適合可能に選んだ原材料(42)の粘度のうちの、少なくとも1つを調節して、所定の寸法範囲内の原材料の液滴を形成するサブステップを含み、前記液滴の寸法範囲は、状況に従って調整されることを特徴とする、物質の形態を制御する方法。 - 請求項1に記載の方法において、前記適合可能に選んだ運動エネルギ流体(32)は気体であり、また、前記適合可能に選んだ原材料(42)は少なくとも1つの粘性のある液体を含むことを特徴とする、方法。
- 請求項1または2に記載の方法において、前記適合可能に選んだ原材料(42)の速度、前記適合可能に選んだ原材料(42)の厚さ、前記適合可能に選んだ原材料(42)の幅、前記適合可能に選んだ原材料(42)の温度、及び前記適合可能に選んだ原材料(42)の粘度のうちの少なくとも1つは、繊維を形成し得るよう調節されることを特徴とする、方法。
- 請求項3に記載の方法において、前記原材料(42)はキトサンを含むことを特徴とする、方法。
- 請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の方法において、前記適合可能に選んだ原材料(42)の厚さを調節するステップは、前記原材料(42)が固体面を横切って流れるようにするステップを含む、方法。
- 請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の方法において、前記運動エネルギ流体(32)が壁に沿って前記原材料(42)の速度に対して同一の速度を維持した状態で同一の高さ及び厚さを有する前記原材料(42)の壁に対して低圧にて前記運動エネルギ流体(32)を付勢し、これにより比較的一定の寸法の分配状態を有する液滴が形成されるようにするステップを含むことを特徴とする、方法。
- 請求項6に記載の方法において、前記壁の長さを変化させることにより液滴を形成する容積量を変えるステップ、又は、前記壁の曲率及び前記原材料(42)の移動方向を変化させることにより、液滴が移動する角度を変えるステップの少なくとも1つを含むことを特徴とする、方法。
- 物質の形態を制御する装置において、
種子を含む適合可能に選んだ原材料(42)用の第一の流路(24)と、
適合可能に選んだ運動エネルギ流体(32)用の少なくとも1つの第二の流路(22)と、
設備と
を備え、
前記第一の流路(24)及び前記少なくとも1つの第二の流路(22)は、互いに対して配置され、前記適合可能に選んだ原材料(42)及び前記適合可能に選んだ運動エネルギ流体(32)は、前記設備内で互いに接触するようにされ、
前記設備は、前記適合可能に選んだ原材料(42)の速度、前記適合可能に選んだ原材料(42)の厚さ、前記適合可能に選んだ原材料(42)の幅、前記適合可能に選んだ原材料(42)の温度、及び前記適合可能に選んだ原材料(42)の粘度のうちの少なくとも1つを制御するように構成されて、前記装置に所定の寸法範囲内の原材料の液滴を形成させる、物質の形態を制御する装置。 - 請求項8に記載の装置において、前記適合可能に選んだ運動エネルギ流体(32)は気体であり、また、前記適合可能に選んだ原材料(42)は液体であることを特徴とする、装置。
- 請求項8または9に記載の装置において、前記適合可能に選んだ原材料(42)は、少なくとも1つの粘性のある液体を含むことを特徴とする、装置。
- 請求項8〜10のいずれか1項に記載の装置において、前記適合可能に選んだ原材料(42)は、その内部の無作為の位置にて懸濁させた種子を有する種子支持媒体を含み、また、有益な生物学的材料を種子支持媒体中に含むことを特徴とする、装置。
