Description
図1の層構成の透明導電性フィルム(10)のプラスチック基材(12)を188μm厚のポリエチレンテレフタレートフィルムとして、無機酸化物層a(13)及び無機酸化物層b(14)及び低屈折率層(15)をDCマグネトロンスパッタリング法にて成膜することにより形成した。このとき、無機酸化物層a(13)及び無機酸化物層b(14)は共に厚みを7nmに、低屈折率層(15)の厚みを20nmとした。透明導電層(16)を低屈折率層(15)の上に、直流マグネトロンスパッタリング法にて成膜することにより形成した。このとき、スパッタリングターゲットとして、酸化スズを10重量%含有のITOを使用した。また、厚みを18nmとした。
図2の層構成の透明導電性フィルム(20)のプラスチック基材(22)を188μm厚のポリエチレンテレフタレートフィルムとして両面にハードコート層(27)を厚み8μmで塗布した後に、無機酸化物層a(23)、無機酸化物層b(24)、低屈折率層(25)、透明導電層(26)を成膜した。各厚みは実施例1と同様にして形成した。
図3のように、図1の透明導電性フィルム(10)から無機酸化物層b(14)を除いた層構成の透明導電性フィルム(30)を作製したほかは、実施例1と同様にして各層を形成した。
図4のように、図2の透明導電性フィルム(20)から無機酸化物層b(24)を除いた層構成の透明導電性フィルム(40)を作製したほかは、実施例2と同様にして各層を形成した。
図5のように、図2の透明導電性フィルム(20)から無機酸化物層a(23)及び無機酸化物層b(24)を除いた層構成の透明導電性フィルム(50)を作製したほかは、実施例2と同様にして各層を形成した。

Claims (3)
- プラスチック基材に、少なくとも高屈折率層、低屈折率層、透明導電層を順次積層してなる透明導電性フィルムにおいて、
前記プラスチック基材は、ポリエチレンテレフタレート基材、トリアセチルセルロース基材、ポリカーボネート基材から選択される1のプラスチック基材であり、
前記高屈折率層は、前記プラスチック基材側から、酸化珪素からなる無機酸化物層a、酸化チタン又は酸化ニオブのいずれかからなる無機酸化物層bで構成され、
前記無機酸化物層bの厚みは、6nm以上8nm以下であり、
前記透明導電層の厚みは、10nm以上25nm以下である
ことを特徴とする、透明導電性フィルム。 - 前記低屈折率層は、少なくとも酸化珪素を含有し、
厚みが15nm以上70nm以下である
ことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の透明導電性フィルム。 - 前記プラスチック基材の一方の面又は両方の面に、ハードコート層を設ける
ことを特徴とする、請求項1から2に記載の透明導電性フィルム。
