Description
母材、20から98重量%、特に50から95重量%、
粒子、0から80重量%、特に2から50重量%、
結合剤、0.1から30重量%、特に0.5から15重量%。
a)第1の気孔を有する母材と架橋性ポリマーとを含んだ溶液または分散液が準備され、
b)ポリマーが架橋され、
c)コーティングされた母材は、場合により乾燥および/または加熱される。
a)重合性モノマー(この場合、モノマーの少なくとも一部は架橋性を有する)を含んだ溶液または分散液が作られ、
b)第1の気孔を有する母材が上記溶液または分散液で含浸され、
c)上記モノマーは重合され、
d)ステップc)で得られたポリマーが重合中または重合後に架橋され、
e)コーティングされた母材は、場合により乾燥および/または加熱される。
a)重合性モノマー、1から100重量%、特に2から80重量%、
b)粒子、0から80重量%、特に2から70重量%、
c)重合開始剤、0から10重量%、特に0.05から5重量%、
d)連鎖移動剤、0から5重量%、特に0.05から3重量%、
e)溶媒、0から95重量%、特に0から90重量%または0から75重量%。
単位面積重量を測定するため、それぞれ3個の100×100mmの大きさの試料が打ち抜かれ、これらの試料が秤量され、測定値が100倍された。

Claims (31)
- 気孔を備えた母材を有し、架橋された少なくとも1つの結合剤を含み、
前記母材が少なくとも部分的に、0.01〜50μmの範囲の平均直径を有する粒子で満たされており、その際、前記粒子は第1の気孔を少なくとも部分的に充填して、前記粒子で満たされたゾーンを形成すると共に、前記粒子は前記粒子で満たされた前記ゾーンにおいて、0.01〜15μmの範囲の平均気孔サイズを有する第2の気孔を形成し、
前記粒子の平均直径が50%以上の前記第2の気孔の平均気孔サイズよりも大きく、単層であり、かつ、前記母材が、ポリブチレンテレフタレート、ポリエチレンテレフタレート、ポリアクリルニトリル、ポリフッ化ビニリデン、ポリエーテルケトン、ポリエチレンナフタレート、ポリスルホン、ポリイミド、ポリエステル、ポリプロピレン、ポリオキシメチレン、ポリアミド、ポリビニルピロリドン、及びセルロースからなる群より選択される少なくとも一種を含む繊維であるシート材。 - 前記粒子が球状に形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のシート材。
- 前記粒子が前記母材に面状に均等に分散されていることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載のシート材。
- 前記粒子で満たされた前記ゾーンの少なくとも一部が前記粒子による前記母材のコーティングとして形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載のシート材。
- 前記結合剤が、β−不飽和カルボン酸、その塩、そのエステル、アミドおよびニトリルならびにアクリレート、メタクリレートおよびそれらの誘導体およびこれらの化合物のコポリマーからなる群から選択される有機ポリマーを含むことを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載のシート材。
- 前記結合剤の融点が前記粒子または前記母材あるいはその両方の融点以下であることを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載のシート材。
- 前記粒子が0.01から10μmの範囲内の平均直径を有していることを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載のシート材。
- 前記粒子が、ポリアセタール、ポリシクロオレフィンコポリマー、ポリエステル、ポリイミド、ポリエーテルケトン、ポリカルボン酸、ポリカルボキシレート、ゴム、ポリビニル化合物、ポリエーテル、ポリニトリル、ポリスルホン、ポリテレフタレート、ポリナフタレート、ハロゲン化ポリマーおよび不飽和ポリマーならびにコポリマーおよびそれらの混合物の群から選択される有機ポリマーから製造されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載のシート材。
- 前記粒子が、ポリプロピレン、ポリビニルピロリドン、ポリフッ化ビニリデン、ポリエステル、フッ素化ポリマー、塩素化ポリマー、ポリテトラフルオロエチレン、ペルフルオロ−エチレン−プロピレン(FEP)、ポリスチレン、スチレンブタジエンコポリマー、ポリアクリレート、ニトリルブタジエンポリマー、ポリメタクリレート、ポリエーテルアミド、ポリエーテルイミド、ポリエーテルケトン、EPDMゴム、フッ素化ゴム、ポリビニルビリジン、ポリブチレンテレフタレート、ポリエチレンテレフタレート、ポリアクリルニトリル、ポリエチレンナフタレート、ポリスルホン、ポリエチレン、ポリオキシメチレン、ポリベンゾイミダゾールならびに上述したポリマーのコポリマーおよび混合物の群から選択される有機ポリマーから製造されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載のシート材。
- 前記粒子が無機粒子であるかまたは前記粒子の一部が無機粒子でありかつ一部が有機粒子であり、つまり前記粒子は粒子混合物として設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載のシート材。
- 前記無機粒子が、金属酸化物、金属水酸化物、窒化物、炭窒化物、炭酸窒化物、ホウ酸塩、硫酸塩、炭酸塩、ガラス粒子、ケイ酸塩、特に酸化アルミニウム、酸化ケイ素、ゼオライト、チタン酸塩またはあるいはその両方ペロブスカイトからなる群から選択される請求項10記載のシート材。
- 前記母材が、フリース布、クロス、編織布、膜、フェルト、紙からなる群から選択されることを特徴とする請求項1〜11のいずれか一項に記載のシート材。
- 前記フリース布の繊維の平均長さが該繊維の平均直径を少なくとも2倍大きいことを特徴とする請求項12に記載のシート材。
- 前記フリース布の繊維の少なくとも90%が12μmの平均直径を有していることを特徴とする請求項12または13に記載のシート材。
- 前記フリース布の繊維の少なくとも40%が8μmの平均直径を有していることを特徴とする請求項12〜14のいずれか一項に記載のシート材。
- 100μmの厚さを有していることを特徴とする請求項1〜15のいずれか一項に記載のシート材。
- 少なくとも15%の気孔率を有していることを特徴とする請求項1〜16のいずれか一項に記載のシート材。
- 前記第1の気孔および前記第2の気孔がラビリンス状組織を形成していることを特徴とする請求項1〜17のいずれか一項に記載のシート材。
- 前記第2の気孔の気孔サイズがせいぜい3μmであることを特徴とする請求項1〜18のいずれか一項に記載のシート材。
- 長手方向に少なくとも15N/5cmの最大引っ張り強さを有していることを特徴とする請求項1〜19のいずれか一項に記載のシート材。
- 前記母材がカレンダリングされていることを特徴とする請求項1〜20のいずれか一項に記載のシート材。
- a)前記第1の気孔を有する前記母材と架橋性ポリマーとを含んだ溶液または分散液が準備され、
b)前記ポリマーは架橋され、
c)前記コーティングされた母材は乾燥または加熱あるいはその両方の処理がなされることを特徴とする請求項1〜21のいずれか一項に記載のシート材を製造するための方法。 - a)重合性モノマー(この場合、前記モノマーの少なくとも一部は架橋性を有する)を含んだ溶液または分散液が作られ、
b)前記第1の気孔を有する前記母材が前記溶液または分散液で含浸され、
c)前記モノマーは重合され、
d)ステップc)で得られたポリマーが重合中または重合後に架橋され、
e)前記コーティングされた母材は乾燥または加熱あるいはその両方の処理がなされることを特徴とする請求項1〜21のいずれか一項に記載のシート材を製造するための方法。 - 前記モノマーが、一官能価、二官能価、多官能価あるいはそれらのいずれかを組み合わせたモノマーからなる混合物であることを特徴とする請求項23に記載の方法。
- ステップc)の重合がイオンまたはラジカルによって行われることを特徴とする請求項23または24に記載の方法。
- ステップd)の架橋が熱的に行われるかまたは照射、特にUV照射によって行われることを特徴とする請求項23〜25のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- ステップa)の溶液または分散液が、光重合開始剤、ラジカル重合開始剤、イオン重合開始剤、熱重合開始剤、連鎖移動剤、連鎖調節剤およびプロトン性ならびに非プロトン性溶媒のうちから選択される少なくとも1つのさらに別の成分を含むことを特徴とする請求項23〜26のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- ステップa)の前記溶液または分散液がさらに粒子を含むことを特徴とする請求項22〜27のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 燃料電池、電池または蓄電池のセパレータとして、ガス拡散シート材として、または膜としての請求項1〜21のいずれか一項に記載のシート材の使用。
- 請求項22〜28のいずれか一項に記載の方法によって得られたシート材。
- 請求項1から21または30のいずれか一項に記載の少なくとも1つのシート材を含んだ燃料電池、電池または蓄電池。
