図1は、本発明の実施形態に係る電力変換装置を含むバッテリシステムのブロック図である。以下、本例の電力変換装置を充電装置に適用した場合を例として説明するが、本例は、モータ等を制御する制御装置やモータを含む車両等に適用してもよい。

Claims (3)
- 双方向にスイッチング可能な複数対のスイッチング素子を各相に接続し、入力された交流電力を交流電力に変換する変換回路と、
前記変換回路への入力電圧を検出する電圧検出手段と、
前記スイッチング素子のオン及びオフを切り換え、前記変換回路を制御する制御手段とを備え、
前記制御手段は、
前記各相のうち一の相に含まれる前記複数対のスイッチング素子の上アーム回路のスイッチング素子をオンに、他の相に含まれる前記複数対のスイッチング素子の前記上アーム回路のスイッチング素子をオフにし、かつ、前記他の相に含まれる前記複数対のスイッチング素子の下アーム回路の少なくとも一つのスイッチング素子をオンに、前記一の相に含まれる前記複数対のスイッチング素子の下アーム回路のスイッチング素子をオフにする時間である第1スイッチング時間を、前記電圧検出手段により検出された検出電圧と出力指令値を用いて算出し、
前記各相の前記一の相に含まれる前記複数対のスイッチング素子をオンに、前記各相の他の相に含まれる前記複数対のスイッチング素子をオフにする時間である第2スイッチング時間を、キャリアの半周期に相当する時間から前記第1スイッチング時間を差し引いた時間として算出するスイッチング時間算出部と、
前記第1スイッチング時間及び前記第2スイッチング時間を用いて、前記スイッチング素子のオン及びオフを切り換える制御信号を生成する制御信号生成部とを有する
ことを特徴とする電力変換装置。 - 前記制御手段は、
前記第1スイッチング時間を、前記キャリアの周期の一部に対応する時間より短い所定の時間以下に制限する
ことを特徴とする請求項1記載の電力変換装置。 - 前記制御手段は、
前記電圧検出手段により検出された検出電圧を回転座標変換する座標変換部と、
位相角と前記スイッチング素子のスイッチングパターンとの関係を示すテーブルとをさらに有し、
前記スイッチング時間算出部は、
前記座標変換部により変換された電圧から得られた位相と前記出力指令値に基づいて第1スイッチング時間を算出し、
前記制御信号生成部は、
前記変換された電圧の前記位相角に対応する前記スイッチングパターンで前記スイッチング素子のオン及びオフを切り換える前記制御信号を生成する
ことを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載の電力変換装置。
