Description
各成分の原料として各々相当する酸化物、炭酸塩、硝酸塩、水酸化物等を使用した。具体的には、B2O3用の原料としてはホウ酸を、Al2O3用の原料としては、市販のアルミナや水酸化アルミニウムを、Li2Oに代表されるアルカリ酸化物や、SrOに代表されるアルカリ土類酸化物の原料としては、各々相当する炭酸塩や硝酸塩を用いた。また、SiO2やLa2O3など、その他の成分の原料としては、各々相当する酸化物を使用した。これら成分原料を表1および表2の化学組成となるように秤量し、粉末で充分に混合して調合原料とし、これを白金製るつぼに入れ、1100〜1300℃の溶解温度で1時間溶解した。このガラス融液を、流し出して板状に成形した後、残留応力を除去するため490℃〜540℃で4時間保持した後、1℃/minの冷却速度で室温まで徐冷して光学ガラスを得た。
屈折率(nd)、アッベ数(νd)は、両面が鏡面研磨された、大きさ20mm×20mm、厚さ10mmのガラスブロックを屈折率測定装置(カルニュー光学工業社製、商品名:KPR−2)によって測定した。尚、測定値は小数点以下5桁までを求め、屈折率(nd)については小数点以下3桁目を四捨五入して記載し、アッベ数(νd)については小数点以下2桁目を四捨五入して記載した。
本出願は、2006年9月13日出願の日本特許出願2006−247622に基づくものであり、その内容はここに参照として取り込まれる。
Claims (6)
- 酸化物基準の質量%で、SiO2:20〜40%、B2O3:15〜30%、SrO:10〜30%、Al2O3:5.5〜15%、La2O3:0.5〜11、Li2O:3〜12%、CaO:0〜10%、BaO:0〜9.5%、ZnO:0〜10%を含有し、かつBaO+La 2 O 3 =5〜15%である光学ガラス。
- 酸化物基準の質量%で、BaO/La2O3=3以下で、SrO/(SrO+BaO+CaO)=0.5〜1である請求項1記載の光学ガラス。
- 屈折率(nd)が1.55〜1.65、アッベ数(νd)が55〜65である請求項1または2記載の光学ガラス。
- 屈伏点(Ts)が600℃以下である請求項1、2または3記載の光学ガラス。
- 液相温度(L.T.)が900℃以下である請求項1〜4のいずれか記載の光学ガラス。
- 温度60℃、相対湿度90%の環境下に100時間保持した後の透過率減少割合が、0.2以下である請求項1〜5のいずれか記載の光学ガラス。
