Description
一酸化炭素を除去する一酸化炭素除去器と、燃料を気化する気化器とを有する反応装置において、
前記気化器が前記一酸化炭素除去器の内部に設けられ、前記一酸化炭素除去器が複数の板材のそれぞれの間に枠材を挟みこれらの板材及び枠材を積層したものであり、前記板材のうち枠材に挟まれた板材は複数の孔が貫通するようハニカム状に設けられ、前記気化器が前記板材及び前記枠材の積層方向に前記一酸化炭素除去器に挿入されるよう設けられていることを特徴とする。
前記気化器で気化した燃料を改質して改質生成物を生成する改質器を更に備えることを特徴とする。
前記一酸化炭素除去器には、前記気化器で気化された燃料を前記一酸化炭素除去器外に排出する流路と、前記改質器から改質生成物を取り込む流路と、を備えることを特徴とする。
前記気化器が前記一酸化炭素除去器の内部に設けられ、

図1は、本発明を適用した反応装置100と、その反応装置100を用いた発電装置との構成を示したブロック図である。この発電装置は、例えばノート型パーソナルコンピュータ、携帯電話機、PDA(Personal Digital Assistant)、電子手帳、腕時計、デジタルスチルカメラ、デジタルビデオカメラ、ゲーム機器、遊技機、その他の電子機器に備え付けられるものであり、これらの電子機器本体を動作させるための電源として用いられる。

図17は、第2実施形態における反応装置200の縦断面図である。
この反応装置200も、第1実施形態の反応装置100と同様に小型であり、燃料電池型発電セル及び燃料カートリッジとともに電子機器に搭載される。

前記一酸化炭素除去器が複数の板材のそれぞれの間に枠材を挟みこれらの板材及び枠材を積層したものであり、前記板材のうち枠材に挟まれた板材は複数の孔が貫通するようハニカム状に設けられ、前記気化器が前記板材及び前記枠材の積層方向に前記一酸化炭素除去器に挿入されるよう設けられていることを特徴とする反応装置。 - 前記気化器で気化した燃料を改質して改質生成物を生成する改質器を更に備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の反応装置。
- 前記一酸化炭素除去器には、前記気化器で気化された燃料を前記一酸化炭素除去器外に排出する流路と、前記改質器から改質生成物を取り込む流路と、を備えることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の反応装置。
- 一酸化炭素を除去する一酸化炭素除去器と、燃料を気化する気化器とを有する反応装置において、
前記気化器が前記一酸化炭素除去器の内部に設けられ、
前記気化器が、前記一酸化炭素除去器の外面から前記一酸化炭素除去器の内部に挿入されるように設けられた筒部と、前記筒部内に充填され、液体を吸収する吸液材とを備えることを特徴とする反応装置。 - 一酸化炭素を除去する一酸化炭素除去器と、燃料を気化する気化器とを有する反応装置において、
前記気化器が前記一酸化炭素除去器の内部に設けられ、
前記一酸化炭素除去器の内部において前記一酸化炭素除去器及び前記気化器を加熱する電熱線を更に備えることを特徴とする反応装置。 - 一酸化炭素を除去する一酸化炭素除去器と、燃料を気化する気化器とを有する反応装置において、
前記気化器が前記一酸化炭素除去器の内部に設けられ、
前記一酸化炭素除去器の内部において前記一酸化炭素除去器及び前記気化器を加熱する燃焼器を更に備えることを特徴とする反応装置。 - 前記一酸化炭素除去器の内部において前記筒部の端部の周りに設けられた燃焼器を更に備え、
前記吸液材が前記燃焼器に対応する位置まで充填されていることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の反応装置。 - 請求項1に記載の反応装置と、
前記気化器で気化した燃料を改質して改質生成物を生成する改質器と、
前記改質生成物によって発電する燃料電池と、
前記燃料電池から供給される電力によって動作する電子機器本体と、
を備えることを特徴とする電子機器。
