Claims (11)
- 導電性基材の少なくとも片面上に厚みが不均一な表面処理層を有し、前記表面処理層の前記導電性基材との接触面の反対側表面に、前記の不均一により原子間力顕微鏡で測定し得る微細な凹凸形状を有し、前記反対側表面における巨視的表面積に対する前記凹凸形状による微視的表面積の比が2.20以上であり、かつ前記表面処理層の体積抵抗が2Ω・cm以下であることを特徴とする電池用集電体。
- 前記表面処理層は、一次粒子径が50nm以下の炭素材料の少なくとも1種以上を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電池用集電体。
- 前記表面処理層の最大厚みが5μm以下であることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の電池用集電体。
- 前記の導電性基材を構成する金属が、アルミニウム、銅、ステンレスのいずれかであることを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれかに記載の電池用集電体。
- 前記の金属がアルミニウムであり、かつ耐折強度が40回以上であることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の電池用集電体。
- 正極用であり、かつ前記の電池がリチウムイオン電池であることを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載の電池用集電体。
- 請求項1から6のいずれかに記載の集電体の前記表面処理層上に、活物質層を有することを特徴とする電極。
- 前記活物質がリチウム化合物であることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の電極。
- 請求項7または8に記載の電極を用いたことを特徴とする電池。
- 放電温度20℃における放電レートが、15C以上であることを特徴とする請求項9に記載の電池。
- 前記の表面処理層は、導電助剤とバインダーとを含むものであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電池用集電体。
