Description
Claims (4)
- 車両のエンジン(11)から変速機(21)に伝達される回転駆動力を断接すると共に、アクチュエータ(42)を駆動することで、リターンスプリング(12)の付勢力に抗して接続方向にストロークさせる油圧式のクラッチ(CL1,CL2)のクラッチ制御装置において、
前記クラッチ(CL1,CL2)を制御するクラッチ制御手段(100)と、
前記クラッチ(CL1,CL2)のクラッチ板(B1,B2)同士が当接するストロークエンド位置に達したことを検知するストロークエンド検知手段(140)と、
前記クラッチ(CL1,CL2)に供給される油圧(B)を検知する油圧検知手段(150)と、
前記クラッチ(CL1,CL2)がストロークエンド位置に達したときに検知される前記油圧(B)に基づいて前記リターンスプリング(12)に生じているワーク荷重(F)を算出し、該ワーク荷重(F)の値と予め設定された基準値(F0)との差に基づいて、前記クラッチ(CL1,CL2)の制御補正量を算出する制御補正量算出手段(130)とを具備し、
前記ストロークエンド検知手段(140)は、前記油圧(B)の変化率が所定値を超えることで、前記クラッチ(CL1,CL2)がストロークエンド位置に達したと判定し、
前記クラッチ(CL1,CL2)は、メインシャフト(26)上に配置された第1クラッチ(CL1)および第2クラッチ(CL2)からなるツインクラッチ式であると共に、前記第1クラッチ(CL1)および第2クラッチ(CL2)の接続状態を変速動作毎に交互に切り換えることで、前記エンジン(11)の回転駆動力を前記変速機(21)へ伝達するように構成されており、
前記ワーク荷重(F)の算出は、前記車両の走行中でも切断されている側の前記クラッチ(CL1,CL2)に対して実行され、
前記制御補正量算出手段(130)は、前記制御補正量の変化を常時監視していることを特徴とするクラッチ制御装置。 - 前記制御補正量算出手段(130)による制御補正量の算出処理は、前記クラッチ(CL1,CL2)を駆動する作動油の温度が所定値を超えた後に実行されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のクラッチ制御装置。
- 前記制御補正量算出手段(130)による制御補正量の算出処理は、所定周期毎に実行されることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載のクラッチ制御装置。
- 前記クラッチ(CL1,CL2)の制御補正量が所定値を超えると、警告手段(200)によって警告を発するように構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1ないし3のいずれかに記載のクラッチ制御装置。
