Description
(1)引張強度が850MPa以上の鋼板を筒状に成形し、突合せ部を内外面からサブマージアーク溶接する溶接鋼管の製造方法において、溶接方向の全長にわたり、常温での圧縮加工により、溶接金属の肉厚方向の高さを0.2〜1.8%減少させることを特徴とする溶接鋼管の製造方法。
(H−0.1)×(σ−550)≦45
を満足すれば、水素脆化割れは発生しないと推定できる。したがって、先行するシーム溶接によって形成された溶接金属に含有される水素量をH[cc]、該溶接金属に負荷される引張り残留応力を[MPa]が上記式の関係を満足すれば、高強度溶接鋼管の水素脆化割れを防止することができる。

Claims (1)
- 引張強度が850MPa以上の鋼板を筒状に成形し、突合せ部を内外面からサブマージアーク溶接する溶接鋼管の製造方法において、溶接方向の全長にわたり、常温での圧縮加工により、溶接金属の肉厚方向の高さを0.2〜1.8%減少させることを特徴とする溶接鋼管の製造方法。
