と予見された。
Wo/Wi≦0.6、または2.5≦Wo/Wi
の範囲では低値発生確率が上昇することがわかった。
0.6≦Wo/Wi≦1.0、または 1.7≦Wo/Wi≦2.5
に設定することが最適であるという結論に至った。
Claims (1)
- 引張強度が850MPa以上1100MPa以下であり、サブマージアーク溶接によるシーム溶接を内面から、続いて外面から、それぞれ一層盛りによって行う溶接鋼管において、前記鋼管の内面で先行する溶接金属の高さ:Wiと前記外面で追従する溶接金属の高さ:Woとの比が、
0.6≦Wo/Wi≦1.0、または 1.7≦Wo/Wi≦2.5
であることを特徴とする溶接金属の脆化割れ性に優れた溶接鋼管。
