Description
本実施形態に係るオーステナイト系金属を用いた運動案内装置については、図1に示すようなボールねじ装置として構成することが可能である。なお、図1は、本実施形態に係るオーステナイト系金属を用いた運動案内装置をボールねじ装置として構成した場合の一形態を例示する図である。
図2は、本実施形態に係るねじ軸の製造工程を示すフローチャートである。本実施形態に係るねじ軸11の製造は、オーステナイト系ステンレス鋼の素材を入手し、まず、リダクション処理を行う(ステップS10)。このリダクション処理は、後に転造加工を受ける素材を物理的に安定させるために行われるものであり、本実施形態の場合は、15〜45%程度のリダクション処理が実施される。
次に、図4を用いることによって、オーステナイト系ステンレス鋼を用いたナット部材31の製造工程について説明する。図4は、本実施形態に係るナット部材の製造工程を示すフローチャートである。本実施形態に係るナット部材31の製造工程では、まず、オーステナイト系ステンレス鋼の素材を入手した上で、この素材を好適な大きさに切断することから始まる(ステップS20)。そして、荒加工としての内径ドリル加工と外形形状加工が行われる(ステップS21,ステップS22)。
例えば、本発明に係るオーステナイト系金属を用いた運動案内装置は、図5A及び図5Bに示すようなリニアガイド装置として構成することが可能である。ここで、図5Aは、本発明に係るオーステナイト系金属を用いた運動案内装置をリニアガイド装置として構成した場合の一形態を例示する外観斜視図である。また、図5Bは、図5Aで示したリニアガイド装置が備える無限循環路を説明するための断面図である。
また、本発明に係るオーステナイト系金属を用いた運動案内装置は、図6に示すようなスプライン装置として構成することが可能である。ここで、図6は、本発明に係るオーステナイト系金属を用いた運動案内装置をスプライン装置として構成した場合の一形態を例示する外観斜視図である。
さらに、本発明に係るオーステナイト系金属を用いた運動案内装置は、図7A及び図7Bに示すような回転ベアリング装置として構成することが可能である。ここで、図7Aは、本発明に係るオーステナイト系金属を用いた運動案内装置を回転ベアリング装置として構成した場合の一形態を例示する部分縦断斜視図である。また、図7Bは、図7Aに示す回転ベアリング装置の縦断面を示す図である。
Claims (7)
- 軌道部材と、
前記軌道部材に複数の転動体を介して設置され、且つ、前記軌道部材の軸線方向又は周方向に往復運動自在又は回転運動自在に設置される移動部材と、
を備え、
前記軌道部材又は前記移動部材は、少なくとも前記複数の転動体と接する転動体転走面がオーステナイト系金属によって構成され、
前記オーステナイト系金属は、炭素固溶拡散処理を受けて表面から深さ20〜40μmの範囲に炭素固溶化層を形成された後、所定の形状に機械加工を受けて成形され、
前記オーステナイト系金属は、オーステナイト系ステンレス鋼であることを特徴とするオーステナイト系金属を用いた運動案内装置。 - 請求項1に記載のオーステナイト系金属を用いた運動案内装置において、
前記オーステナイト系金属が機械加工を受けた後における前記炭素固溶化層表面のビッカース硬さHVは、650〜900の範囲内であることを特徴とするオーステナイト系金属を用いた運動案内装置。 - 請求項1又は2に記載のオーステナイト系金属を用いた運動案内装置において、
前記機械加工は、切削加工、研削加工、研磨加工を含む除去加工、あるいはプレス加工、引抜加工、圧延加工を含む塑性加工のうちの少なくとも1つであることを特徴とするオーステナイト系金属を用いた運動案内装置。 - 請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載のオーステナイト系金属を用いた運動案内装置において、
前記機械加工は、ガラス潤滑剤を用いて行われることを特徴とするオーステナイト系金属を用いた運動案内装置。 - 軌道部材と、
前記軌道部材に複数の転動体を介して設置され、且つ、前記軌道部材の軸線方向又は周方向に往復運動自在又は回転運動自在に設置される移動部材と、

前記軌道部材又は前記移動部材における少なくとも前記複数の転動体と接する転動体転走面が、オーステナイト系金属によって構成されるオーステナイト系金属を用いた運動案内装置の製造方法であって、
まず、オーステナイト系金属素材に炭素固溶拡散処理を行って、少なくともその表面から深さ20〜40μmの範囲に炭素固溶化層を形成する炭素固溶拡散処理工程を実施し、その後に前記オーステナイト系金属素材を機械加工することによって所定の形状に成形する成形加工工程を実施し、
前記オーステナイト系金属は、オーステナイト系ステンレス鋼であることを特徴とするオーステナイト系金属を用いた運動案内装置の製造方法。 - 請求項5に記載のオーステナイト系金属を用いた運動案内装置の製造方法において、
前記機械加工は、切削加工、研削加工、研磨加工を含む除去加工、あるいはプレス加工、引抜加工、圧延加工を含む塑性加工のうちの少なくとも1つであることを特徴とするオーステナイト系金属を用いた運動案内装置の製造方法。 - 請求項5又は6に記載のオーステナイト系金属を用いた運動案内装置の製造方法において、
