Claims (4)
- エチレン含有量が60〜75重量%である高エチレンタイプのEPDM樹脂70〜90重量部と、ムーニー粘度が55〜65ML(1+4)100℃であり、40〜60%油展されている高ムーニー粘度のEPDM樹脂30〜10重量部からなるゴム組成物に補強剤として表面処理をした粒子径が100nm以下である炭酸カルシウム10〜30重量部を添加し、軟化剤、充填剤、加硫促進剤、発泡剤および加硫剤を添加混練して加熱、発泡させてなるEPDM発泡体。
- 前記炭酸カルシウムの表面処理剤が脂肪酸であり、粒子径が100nm以下である請求項1記載の発泡体。
- エチレン含有量が60〜75重量%である高エチレンタイプのEPDM樹脂70〜90重量部と、ムーニー粘度が55〜65ML(1+4)100℃であり、40〜60%油展されている高ムーニー粘度のEPDM樹脂30〜10重量部からなるゴム組成物に補強剤として表面処理をした粒子径が100nm以下である炭酸カルシウム10〜30重量部を添加し、軟化剤、充填剤、加硫促進剤、発泡剤および加硫剤を添加混練して加熱、発泡させてなるEPDM発泡体の製造方法。
- 前記炭酸カルシウムの表面処理剤が脂肪酸であり、粒子径が100nm以下である請求項3記載の発泡体の製造方法。
