Description
化装置の浄化能力を回復するための再生制御の際に、前記還元剤供給装置から還元剤を前記排気ガス浄化装置に流入する排気ガス中に供給する還元剤供給制御を行う制御装置を備えた排気ガス浄化システムにおいて、前記排気ガス浄化装置の上流側で前記排気通路を分岐して第1分岐排気通路と第2分岐排気通路を設けて前記排気ガス浄化装置の上流側で合流させ、前記第1分岐排気通路に前記還元剤供給装置を配置すると共に、前記第1分岐排気通路の排気ガスの流れを制御する流路制御手段を設け、前記排気ガス浄化装置がNOx吸蔵還元型触媒を担持し、前記制御装置が、前記NOx吸蔵還元型触媒のNOx再生時の還元剤供給に際して、前記流路制御手段により、前記第1分岐排気通路における排気ガスの流れを停止し、前記還元剤供給装置から還元剤を前記第1分岐排気通路内の排気ガス中に供給した後に、この還元剤の供給を維持しながら、前記流路制限手段により、前記第1分岐排気通路の排気ガスを流すと共に、前記第2分岐排気通路の排気ガス流れを停止し、その後還元剤の供給を所定の時間行った後に停止する制御を行うことを特徴とする。

Claims (6)
- 内燃機関の排気通路に、NOx吸蔵還元型触媒を担持した触媒担持DPF装置と該触媒担持DPF装置の下流側に配置されたNOx吸蔵還元型触媒とを備えた排気ガス浄化装置を配置し、前記排気ガス浄化装置の上流側に排気ガス中に還元剤を供給する還元剤供給装置を設けると共に、前記排気ガス浄化装置の浄化能力を回復するための再生の際に、前記還元剤供給装置から還元剤を前記排気ガス浄化装置に流入する排気ガス中に供給する還元剤供給制御を行う制御装置を備えた排気ガス浄化システムの制御方法において、
前記排気ガス浄化装置のPM再生時の還元剤供給に際して、再生当初の所定の時間の間は前記排気ガス浄化装置に流入する排気ガスを炭化水素を含むリーン状態にし、その後の所定時間の間はリッチ状態とし、その後の所定時間の間は再生当初の状態とすることを特徴とする排気ガス浄化システムの再生制御方法。 - 前記排気ガス浄化装置のNOx再生時の還元剤供給に際して、前記排気ガス浄化装置に流入する排気ガス中の還元剤濃度を、再生当初は0.01s〜0.50sの間に空気過剰率換算で0.70〜0.80の高濃度にし、空気過剰率換算で0.70〜0.90の高濃度を所定の時間維持し、その後の所定の時間の間、空気過剰率換算で0.80〜1.00の低濃度にし、その後還元剤の供給を停止することを特徴とする請求項1記載の排気ガス浄化システムの再生制御方法。
- 前記排気ガス浄化装置のPM再生時の還元剤供給に際して、前記排気ガス浄化装置に流入する排気ガス中の還元剤濃度を、再生当初の所定の時間の間は空気過剰率換算で1.5〜5.0の低濃度、その後の所定時間の間は空気過剰率換算で0.90〜1.00の高濃度とし、その後の所定の時間の間は空気過剰率換算で1.5〜5.0の低濃度にし、その後還元剤の供給を停止することを特徴とする請求項1記載の排気ガス浄化システムの再生制御方法。
- 内燃機関の排気通路に排気ガス浄化装置を配置し、前記排気ガス浄化装置の上流側に還元剤供給装置を設けると共に、前記排気ガス浄化装置の浄化能力を回復するための再生制御の際に、前記還元剤供給装置から還元剤を前記排気ガス浄化装置に流入する排気ガス中に供給する還元剤供給制御を行う制御装置を備えた排気ガス浄化システムにおいて、
前記排気ガス浄化装置の上流側で前記排気通路を分岐して第1分岐排気通路と第2分岐排気通路を設けて前記排気ガス浄化装置の上流側で合流させ、前記第1分岐排気通路に前記還元剤供給装置を配置すると共に、前記第1分岐排気通路の排気ガスの流れを制御する流路制御手段を設け、
前記排気ガス浄化装置がNOx吸蔵還元型触媒を担持し、
該NOx吸蔵還元型触媒のNOx再生時の還元剤供給に際して、前記流路制御手段により、前記第1分岐排気通路における排気ガスの流れを停止し、前記還元剤供給装置から還元剤を前記第1分岐排気通路内の排気ガス中に供給した後に、この還元剤の供給を維持しながら、前記流路制限手段により、前記第1分岐排気通路の排気ガスを流すと共に、前記第2分岐排気通路の排気ガスの流れを停止し、その後還元剤の供給を所定の時間行った後に停止することを特徴とする排気ガス浄化システムの再生制御方法。 - 内燃機関の排気通路に排気ガス浄化装置を配置し、前記排気ガス浄化装置の上流側に還元剤供給装置を設けると共に、前記排気ガス浄化装置の浄化能力を回復するための再生制御の際に、前記還元剤供給装置から還元剤を前記排気ガス浄化装置に流入する排気ガス中に供給する還元剤供給制御を行う制御装置を備えた排気ガス浄化システムにおいて、
前記排気ガス浄化装置の上流側で前記排気通路を分岐して第1分岐排気通路と第2分岐排気通路を設けて前記排気ガス浄化装置の上流側で合流させ、前記第1分岐排気通路に前記還元剤供給装置を配置すると共に、前記第1分岐排気通路の排気ガスの流れを制御する流路制御手段を設け、
前記排気ガス浄化装置がNOx吸蔵還元型触媒を担持し、
前記制御装置が、前記NOx吸蔵還元型触媒のNOx再生時の還元剤供給に際して、前記流路制御手段により、前記第1分岐排気通路における排気ガスの流れを停止し、前記還元剤供給装置から還元剤を前記第1分岐排気通路内の排気ガス中に供給した後に、この還元剤の供給を維持しながら、前記流路制限手段により、前記第1分岐排気通路の排気ガスを流すと共に、前記第2分岐排気通路の排気ガス流れを停止し、その後還元剤の供給を所定の時間行った後に停止する制御を行うことを特徴とする排気ガス浄化システム。 - 前記排気ガス浄化装置が、上流側から、NOx吸蔵還元型触媒を担持した触媒担持DPF装置と、NOx吸蔵還元型触媒装置と、酸化触媒又は三元触媒を担持した触媒装置を有してなることを特徴とする請求項5記載の排気ガス浄化システム。
