Description
a)前記オレフィン系ナフサ原料ストリームを、450°F(232℃)〜800°F(427℃)の温度、60〜800psig(515〜5,617kPa)の圧力および1000〜6000標準立方フィート/バレル(178〜1,068m3/m3)の水素含有処理ガス比を含む水素化脱硫反応段条件で、水素含有処理ガスおよび水素化脱硫触媒の存在下に水素化脱硫して、前記オレフィン系ナフサ原料ストリーム中の硫黄元素および有機結合硫黄の一部を硫化水素に転化し、水素化脱硫反応流出物ストリームを生成する工程;
b)前記水素化脱硫反応流出物ストリームを、100°F(38℃)〜300°F(149℃)の温度および60〜800psig(515〜5,617kPa)の圧力で操作される段間ストリッピング域に送り、そこで前記水素化脱硫反応流出物ストリームを、水素含有ストリッピングガスと接触させて、
i)前記水素化脱硫反応流出物ストリームの、実質的に全てのH2S、水素および低沸点留分を含有する段間ストリッパー低沸点ストリーム、および
ii)前記水素化脱硫反応流出物ストリームの低沸点留分よりメルカプタン含量(重量%)が高い、段間ストリッパー高沸点ストリーム
に分離する工程;
c)前記段間ストリッパー低沸点ストリームを冷却し、前記段間ストリッパー低沸点ストリームを第1分離器領域に送り、そこで前記段間ストリッパー低沸点ストリームを、
i)前記段間ストリッパー低沸点ストリームからのH2Sおよび水素の実質的に全てを含有する第1分離器低沸点ストリーム、および
ii)第1分離器高沸点ストリーム
に分離する工程;
d)前記第1分離器低沸点ストリームをスクラビング領域に送り、そこで前記第1分離器低沸点ストリームをH2Sリーンなスクラビング溶液に接触させて、スクラバー塔頂留出物ストリームおよびH2Sリッチなスクラビング溶液を生成する工程であって、前記スクラバー塔頂留出物ストリームは、前記第1分離器低沸点ストリームよりH2S(重量%)が低く、前記H2Sリッチなスクラビング溶液は、前記H2Sリーンなスクラビング溶液より硫黄(重量%)が高い工程;および
e)前記段間ストリッパー高沸点ストリームと第2の水素含有処理ガスを合わせて、メルカプタン分解原料ストリームを生成し、前記メルカプタン分解原料ストリームを加熱し、その後それを、500°F(260℃)〜900°F(482℃)の温度、60〜800psig(515〜5,617kPa)の圧力、および1000〜6000標準立方フィート/バレル(178〜1,068m3/m3)の第2の水素含有処理ガス比を含む反応条件にある、メルカプタン分解触媒を含有するメルカプタン分解反応段に送って、メルカプタン硫黄の少なくとも一部を分解し、前記水素化脱硫反応流出物ストリームよりメルカプタン硫黄含量(重量%)が低いメルカプタン分解反応器生成物ストリームを生成する工程
を含む。
Claims (12)
- オレフィン系ナフサ原料ストリームを、実質量のオレフィンを保持して水素化脱硫する方法であって、
前記原料ストリームは、50°F(10℃)〜450°F(232℃)の範囲内で沸騰し、有機結合硫黄および少なくとも5重量%のオレフィン含量を含有し、
a)前記オレフィン系ナフサ原料ストリームを、450°F(232℃)〜800°F(427℃)の温度、60〜800psig(515〜5,617kPa)の圧力および1000〜6000標準立方フィート/バレル(178〜1,068m3/m3)の水素含有処理ガス比を含む水素化脱硫反応段条件で、水素含有処理ガスおよび水素化脱硫触媒の存在下に水素化脱硫して、前記オレフィン系ナフサ原料ストリーム中の硫黄元素および有機結合硫黄の一部を硫化水素に転化し、水素化脱硫反応流出物ストリームを生成する工程;
b)前記水素化脱硫反応流出物ストリームを、100°F(38℃)〜300°F(149℃)の温度および60〜800psig(515〜5,617kPa)の圧力で操作される段間ストリッピング域に送り、そこで前記水素化脱硫反応流出物ストリームを、水素含有ストリッピングガスと接触させて、
i)前記水素化脱硫反応流出物ストリームの、実質的に全てのH2S、水素および低沸点留分を含有する段間ストリッパー低沸点ストリーム、および
ii)前記水素化脱硫反応流出物ストリームの低沸点留分よりメルカプタン含量(重量%)が高い、段間ストリッパー高沸点ストリーム
に分離する工程;
c)前記段間ストリッパー低沸点ストリームを冷却し、前記段間ストリッパー低沸点ストリームを第1分離器領域に送り、そこで前記段間ストリッパー低沸点ストリームを、
i)前記段間ストリッパー低沸点ストリームからのH2Sおよび水素の実質的に全てを含有する第1分離器低沸点ストリーム、および
ii)第1分離器高沸点ストリーム
に分離する工程;
d)前記第1分離器低沸点ストリームをスクラビング領域に送り、そこで前記第1分離器低沸点ストリームをH2Sリーンなスクラビング溶液に接触させて、スクラバー塔頂留出物ストリームおよびH2Sリッチなスクラビング溶液を生成する工程であって、前記スクラバー塔頂留出物ストリームは、前記第1分離器低沸点ストリームよりH2S(重量%)が低く、前記H2Sリッチなスクラビング溶液は、前記H2Sリーンなスクラビング溶液より硫黄(重量%)が高い工程;および
e)前記段間ストリッパー高沸点ストリームと第2の水素含有処理ガスを合わせて、メルカプタン分解原料ストリームを生成し、前記メルカプタン分解原料ストリームを加熱し、その後それを、500°F(260℃)〜900°F(482℃)の温度、60〜800psig(515〜5,617kPa)の圧力、および1000〜6000標準立方フィート/バレル(178〜1,068m3/m3)の第2の水素含有処理ガス比を含む反応条件にある、メルカプタン分解触媒を含有するメルカプタン分解反応段に送って、メルカプタン硫黄の少なくとも一部を分解し、前記水素化脱硫反応流出物ストリームよりメルカプタン硫黄含量(重量%)が低いメルカプタン分解反応器生成物ストリームを生成する工程であって、前記メルカプタン分解触媒は、第V族、第VI族および第VIII族の金属、金属酸化物および金属硫化物のいずれも含まず、アルミナ、シリカ、シリカ−アルミナ、リン酸アルミニウム、チタニア、酸化マグネシウム、アルカリ金属およびアルカリ土類金属酸化物、アルカリ金属酸化物、酸化マグネシウム、酸性を取り除くためにナトリウムでイオン交換したフォージャサイト並びにアンモニウムイオンで処理されたリン酸アルミニウムから選択される物質を含んでなる工程
を含むことを特徴とする方法。 - 前記水素化脱硫反応段条件は、500°F(260℃)〜675°F(357℃)の温度、150〜500psig(1,136〜3,549kPa)の圧力および1000〜3000標準立方フィート/バレル(178〜534m3/m3)の水素含有処理ガス比を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記水素化脱硫反応段条件は、200〜400psig(1,480〜2,859kPa)の圧力を含み、前記メルカプタン分解反応条件は、600°F(316℃)〜800°F(427℃)の温度および120〜470psig(929〜3,342kPa)の圧力を含むことを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の方法。
- 前記オレフィン系ナフサ原料ストリームは、前記水素化脱硫触媒に接触させる前は蒸気相であり、前記ストリッパー高沸点ストリームは、前記メルカプタン分解触媒に接触させる前は蒸気相であることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記第2の水素含有処理ガスは、前記スクラバー塔頂留出物ストリームを含んでなることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記H2Sリーンなスクラビング溶液は、アミン溶液であることを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記メルカプタン分解反応器生成物ストリームの全硫黄含量は、前記オレフィン系ナフサ原料ストリームの全硫黄含量の5重量%未満であることを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記メルカプタン分解反応器生成物ストリームのメルカプタン硫黄含量は、前記水素化脱硫反応流出物ストリームのメルカプタン硫黄含量の35重量%未満であり、前記第1の分離器高沸点ストリームのメルカプタン硫黄含量は、前記水素化脱硫反応流出物ストリームのメルカプタン硫黄含量の30重量%未満であることを特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記水素化脱硫反応段で用いられる前記水素化脱硫触媒は、少なくとも1種の第VIII族金属酸化物と、少なくとも1種の第VI族金属酸化物を含んでなることを特徴とする請求項1〜8のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記水素化脱硫反応段で用いられる前記水素化脱硫触媒は、Fe、CoおよびNiから選択される少なくとも1種の第VIII族金属酸化物と、MoおよびWから選択される少なくとも1種の第VI族金属酸化物を含んでなり、前記金属酸化物はアルミナに担持されることを特徴とする請求項1〜9のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記メルカプタン分解触媒は、前記メルカプタン硫黄のH2Sへの分解を触媒するのに有効な量の高融点金属酸化物を含んでなることを特徴とする請求項1〜10のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記メルカプタン分解触媒は、水素添加活性を実質的に有さないことを特徴とする請求項1〜11のいずれかに記載の方法。
