Claims (10)
- 流体ホース(2)と、前記流体ホース(2)を加熱するケーブル(3)と、前記ケーブル(3)を電源に接続する少なくとも1個の電気コネクタ(6;18)とからなる自動車用ケーブリング(1;20)において、前記流体ホース(2)と前記ケーブル(3)とは、外部保護シース(7;21)により完全に封入され、
(A)前記外部保護シース(7;21)は第1ホース(11)と、分岐部材(13)と、第2ホース(14)とからなり、
(B)前記ケーブリング(1;20)の一端部分又は両端部分(4)において、前記ケーブル(3)は前記流体ホース(2)から分離され、前記分岐部材(13)及び前記第2ホース(14)を介して少なくとも1個の電気コネクタ(6;18)に導かれ、
(C)前記分岐部材は(13)は前記第1ホース(11)と前記第2ホース(14)との間に配置されていることを特徴とするケーブリング。 - 前記流体ホース(2)は、前記流体ホース(2)を合致するホース継手に接続する少なくとも1個のホース継手(8、9、17)を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のケーブリング。
- 前記保護シース(7;21)は、プラスチックホース等の少なくとも1個の波形ホース(11、14)と、少なくとも1個の継手(12、13、16)とからなることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載のケーブリング。
- 前記継手(8、9、17)と前記電気コネクタ(6、18)とは、互いに分離されることを特徴とする請求項2または3に記載のケーブリング。
- 前記流体ホースの端部分(4、5)と前記保護シース(7;21)との間において密封部を形成する密封要素(15)を含むことを特徴とする請求項1乃至4のいずれかに記載のケーブリング(1;20)。
- 前記密封要素(15)は、継手(12、13、16)内のつば部(19)と相互作用する溝(22)を備えることを特徴とする請求項5に記載のケーブリング。
- 前記密封要素(15)は、波形ホース(11、14)内において内面と相互作用する少なくとも1個の溝(22)を備えることを特徴とする請求項5に記載のケーブリング。
- 前記密封要素(15)は、少なくとも部分的に重合体またはゴム等の可撓性材料により構成されることを特徴とする請求項5乃至7のいずれかに記載のケーブリング。
- 前記ケーブル(3)は、前記流体ホース(2)に一体化されることを特徴とする請求項1乃至8のいずれかに記載のケーブリング。
- 前記ケーブル(3)は、前記流体ホース(2)と前記保護シース(7;21)との間において配置されることを特徴とする請求項1乃至8のいずれかに記載のケーブリング。
