Claims (18)
- 粉末材料から成る粉末層を形成する粉末層形成手段と、前記粉末層形成手段に粉末材料を供給する材料供給手段と、前記粉末層の所定箇所に光ビームを照射して該当個所の粉末を焼結又は溶融固化させて硬化層を形成する硬化層形成手段とを備え、前記粉末層形成手段による粉末層の形成と、前記硬化層形成手段による硬化層の形成とを繰り返すことにより複数の硬化層が積層一体化された三次元造形物を製造する積層造形装置であって、
前記材料供給手段は、粉末材料が充填されるカートリッジ部を備え、前記カートリッジはその底部に粉末供給口を備えることを特徴とする積層造形装置。 - 前記カートリッジ部をクランプすると共に、該カートリッジ部を搬送する搬送手段を更に備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の積層造形装置。
- 前記粉末層形成手段は、粉末材料貯蔵部を備え、
前記材料供給手段は、前記カートリッジ部に充填された粉末材料を前記粉末材料貯蔵部に供給するように構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2に記載の積層造形装置。 - 前記粉末材料貯蔵部は、前記カートリッジ部の一部又は全部を嵌合挿入できるように構成されていることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の積層造形装置。
- 前記カートリッジ部は、複数個を連結できるように構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項4のいずれか一項に記載の積層造形装置。
- 前記カートリッジ部は、その形状が下方に向けて先細りとなるよう形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項5のいずれか一項に記載の積層造形装置。
- 前記カートリッジ部は、その内側面に螺旋状の溝又は突起が形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項6のいずれか一項に記載の積層造形装置。
- 前記カートリッジ部は、その底部に穴が開けられることにより、内部に充填された粉末材料が落下するように構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項7のいずれか一項に記載の積層造形装置。
- 前記粉末層形成手段は、前記カートリッジ部の底部に穴をあけるための針部を備えることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の積層造形装置。
- 前記カートリッジ部は、粉末材料を供給するための粉末供給口が開閉自在に構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項4のいずれか一項に記載の積層造形装置。
- 前記カートリッジ部は、前記材料粉末貯蔵部に挿入されたときに前記粉末供給口が開口するように構成されていることを特徴とする請求項10に記載の積層造形装置。
- 前記カートリッジ部は、前記粉末層形成手段の移動に同期して前記粉末供給口が開口するように構成されていることを特徴とする請求項10に記載の積層造形装置。
- 前記カートリッジ部は、スクリューが内蔵されていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項12のいずれか一項に記載の積層造形装置。
- 前記カートリッジ部内に充填された粉末材料を乾燥させる乾燥手段を更に備えることを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項13のいずれか一項に記載の積層造形装置。
- 前記カートリッジ部を振動させる振動手段を更に備えることを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項14のいずれか一項に記載の積層造形装置。
- 前記カートリッジ部は、粉末材料が充填される内部空間が密閉状態となるように構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項15のいずれか一項に記載の積層造形装置。
- 前記カートリッジ部は、再利用可能なプラスチック材料又は密閉性を確保できる紙材料を原材料として構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項16のいずれか一項に記載の積層造形装置。
- 前記カートリッジ部は、充填された粉末材料の成分を記憶する記憶メモリを備えることを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項17のいずれか一項に記載の積層造形装置。
