Claims (18)
- 互いに噛み合うスクリューコンベヤセグメントと、ワークセグメントとを具備し、軸と平行の押出機ハウジングの円弧状の凹所の中に案内された少なくとも2本の平行の同方向に回転する軸(4)を備える、流動性の物質の連続加工および/または処理用の押出機であって、
前記スクリューコンベヤセグメント(11、13、15、24、25)よりも大きい拡大を2本の軸(4)の間にもたらす前記ワークセグメント(16、18、26、27、29、30)が、少なくとも1つのスクリューコンベヤセグメント(15、24、25)および/または少なくとも1つの別のワークセグメント(30,29)を有して、一体となった組み合せ要素(12、14、22、23、28、36)を形成するものにおいて、
一体となった前記ワークセグメント(16、18、26、27、29、30)が、スクリューコンベヤセグメント(11、13、15)よりも大きいピッチを有するスクリュー要素(24、25)、反対のピッチ方向を有するスクリューセグメント(18)、混練ブロック(16、29、30)、ブリスター、歯付円板のいずれかであることを特徴とする押出機。 - スクリューコンベヤ径(D)、スクリューコア径(d)および軸(4)の最大の軸間隔(Ax)に相当する円弧(A−B、E−F、E−F’、A−E)によって組み合せ要素(22、23、28)の組み合せ要素(22、23)の前面(10、20)が制限されていることを特徴とする、請求項1記載の押出機。
- 組み合せ要素(23)の少なくとも一部が少なくとも1つの前面(20)で付加的にスクリューコア径(d)を有する半円に相当する円弧(32)によって制限されていることを特徴とする、請求項2記載の押出機。
- 組み合せ要素(14、22、23、28)が2段式に形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1ないし3のいずれか一項記載の押出機。
- 組み合せ要素(12、14、22、23、28、36)がスクリューコンベヤ径(D)よりも大きい長さを有することを特徴とする、請求項1ないし4のいずれか一項記載の押出機。
- 各軸(4)が複数の短い軸区間(33、34、35)に分割されており、軸(4)の軸区間(33、34、35)が引張下に軸コア(37)内で軸線方向に緊定可能に形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1ないし5のいずれか一項記載の押出機。
- 軸コア(37)内の軸区間(33、34、35)の少なくとも1つの端部で軸線方向の緊定性に対して、隣接する軸区間(33、34、35)のコア(37)内の雌ねじ(49)の中に噛み合う雄ねじ(42)を耐回動性に具備した軸線方向に固定された回転要素(41)が回動可能に軸支されていることを特徴とする、請求項6記載の押出機。
- 軸コア(37)が回転要素(41)を操作するために軸部凹所(51)を具備していることを特徴とする、請求項7記載の押出機。
- 回転要素(41)が、軸部凹所(51)の中に挿入された逆多角体と共に操作するため多角体(52)を具備することを特徴とする、請求項8記載の押出機。
- 回転要素(41)の軸線方向の固定のために、回転要素(41)内の円周溝(45)と軸コア(37)内の円周溝(44)との間で噛み合うワイヤリング(43)を設けたことを特徴とする、請求項6記載の押出機。
- 各軸区間(33、34、35)が隣接する軸区間(33、34、35)と耐回動性に連結されていることを特徴とする、請求項10記載の押出機。
- 軸コア(37)が軸区間(33、34、35)の少なくとも1つの端部に組み合せ要素(36)を超えて軸線方向に突出し、この突出する軸コア端部(46)が隣接する軸区間(33、34、35)の軸部凹所(47)の中に噛み合うことを特徴とする、請求項6ないし11のいずれか一項記載の押出機。
- 突出する軸コア端部(46)の突出部がスクリューコンベヤ径(D)の少なくとも半分になることを特徴とする、請求項12記載の押出機。
- 形状嵌合による耐回動性の連結のために突出する軸コア端部(46)が隣接する軸区間(33)内の軸部凹所(47)内の楔形噛合機構(50)の中に噛み合う楔形噛合機構(38、53)を有することを特徴とする、請求項11ないし13のいずれか一項記載の押出機。
- 軸コア(37)および組み合せ要素(36)が一体に形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項6ないし14のいずれか一項記載の押出機。
- 組み合せ要素(36)が耐回動性の差し込みのために軸区間(35)上に構成されていることを特徴とする、請求項6ないし14のいずれか一項記載の押出機。
- 回転要素(41)が軸区間(33、34、35)の上流側の端部に配設されていることを特徴とする、請求項6ないし16のいずれか一項記載の押出機。
- 押出機ハウジング(1)内の空間(2)の中に円(3)または円弧に沿って同じセンタリング角度で配設された少なくとも3本の軸(4)を特徴とする、請求項1ないし17のいずれか一項記載の押出機。
