Claims (2)
- 第1の基板と、
この第1の基板に対向して配設された第2の基板と、
前記第1の基板と前記第2の基板との間の一部の領域を囲いこれら第1の基板と第2の基板とを貼り合せる複数のシール材と、
前記第1の基板と前記第2の基板との間の前記複数のシール材間に設けられた高さ調整層と、
この高さ調整層の一主面上に設けられ前記第1の基板と前記第2の基板との間の間隙を保持するスペーサとを具備し、
前記シール材は、このシール材にて覆われた前記第1の基板と前記第2の基板との間を開口させる開口部を有し、
前記高さ調整層には、前記シール材の長手方向に沿った凹状の本体溝部が設けられているとともに、前記開口部に対向する部分に、この開口部が開口する方向に向けて放射状に拡開した凹状の開口溝部が設けられている
ことを特徴とする基板装置。 - 前記第1の基板および前記第2の基板のいずれか一方の一主面上に設けられた着色層を具備し、
前記高さ調整層は、前記着色層にて構成されている
ことを特徴とする請求項1記載の基板装置。
