Claims (5)
- 駆動源(E)からの動力が入力軸(11)を介して入力される複式プラネタリ機構(P)を有する変速機において、前記複式プラネタリ機構(P)の3つの要素(LS,LR,CA)および前記入力軸(11)間に動力伝達の断・接を切換可能なクラッチ(C1,C2,C3)が各要素(LS,LR,CA)毎に個別に設けられ、前記複式プラネタリ機構(P)のいずれかの要素(SR,SS)および変速機ケース(12)間に当該要素(SR,SS)を対地固定するブレーキ(B1,B2)が設けられ、前記複式プラネタリ機構(P)が備える複数の要素のうち2つの要素(CA,LS)と、前記入力軸(11)と平行な出力軸(13)との間には、それぞれギヤ列から構成され減速比が互いに異なる2つの伝動機構(14,15)が、前記出力軸(13)側への動力伝達を選択的に切り換えるようにして設けられ、一方の伝動機構(14)を構成する第1ギヤ列の被動ギヤ(21)が前記出力軸(13)に相対回転自在に支承されると共に、その被動ギヤ(21)および前記出力軸(13)の連結および連結解除を切換える第1連結切換機構(D1)が前記出力軸(13)上に配置され、他方の伝動機構(13)を構成する第2ギヤ列の駆動ギヤ(23)が、前記複式プラネタリ機構(P)の1つの要素(LS)に連なって前記入力軸(11)と同軸に配置される伝動軸(22)に相対回転自在に支承されると共に、その駆動ギヤ(23)および前記伝動軸(22)の連結および連結解除を切換える第2連結切換機構(D2)が前記伝動軸(22)上に配置されることを特徴とする変速機。
- 前記ブレーキ(B1,B2)が、前記複式プラネタリ機構(P)が備える複数の要素のうち前記入力軸(11)との間に前記クラッチ(C1,C2,C3)が介設される3つの要素(LS,LR,CA)とは異なる要素(SR,SS)と、前記変速機ケース(12)との間に設けられることを特徴とする請求項1記載の変速機。
- 前記第1ギヤ列は、両ギヤ列のうちギヤ比が低い側であり、また前記第2ギヤ列は、両ギヤ列のうちギヤ比が高い側であることを特徴とする請求項1または2記載の変速機。
- 2つの前記伝動機構(14,15)が、前記3つのクラッチ(C1,C2,C3)の1つ(C1)と、前記複式プラネタリ機構(P)との間に配置されることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の変速機。
- 前記入力軸(11)と平行な軸線まわりに回転可能な副軸(27)に対して相対回転自在である状態ならびに前記副軸(27)とともに回転する状態を切換可能とした第1後進用アイドルギヤ(28)が、前記両伝動機構(14,15)の一方の被動ギヤ(21)に噛合され、前記副軸(27)に固定される第2後進用アイドルギヤ(29)が、前記両伝動機構(14,15)の他方の駆動ギヤ(23)に噛合されることを特徴とする請求項4記載の変速機。
