Description
本実施形態は、細胞を培養しながら観察するための培養観察装置に向けられている。培養観察装置は、実質的に、標本を培養するための培養装置(インキュベーター)と、標本を観察するための顕微鏡とを組み合わせて構成されている。図1は、本発明の第一実施形態による培養観察装置を概略的に示す断面図である。
本実施形態は、培養細胞を観察するための観察装置に向けられている。観察装置は倒立型の顕微鏡装置で構成されている。
Claims (2)
- 培養細胞と培地を収容した容器を保持する標本トレーと、
培養細胞の拡大像を観察するための観察手段と、
標本トレーを観察手段の光軸に直交する平面に沿って移動させるための移動手段と、
標本トレーを移動手段に再現性良く保持するトレー保持手段とを備え、
標本トレーは弾性力を利用して容器を保持する容器保持手段を有し、
トレー保持手段は、標本トレーが取り付けられるトレー取り付け部を含んでおり、トレー取り付け部は、標本トレーを受けるトレー受け部と、トレー受け部から上方に突出している凸部とを有し、凸部は、互いに直交する二つの側面にそれぞれ形成された二つのオスアリと、それら二つの側面のいずれにも非平行な押圧面を有しており、
さらにトレー保持手段は、標本トレーに設けられた、トレー受け部に面接触する凹平面と、凸部の一方のオスアリに接触するメスアリと、凸部の他方のオスアリと接触するボールと、凸部の押圧面を押圧する押圧手段とを含んでいる、観察装置。 - 請求項1において、押圧面は、オスアリをそれぞれ有する二つの側面の二等分線にほぼ直交している、観察装置。
