Claims (3)
- 熱可塑性樹脂又は熱可塑性樹脂/エラストマー組成物からなるインナーライナーのブラダー側である一方の表面に、隣接部より厚く偏肉させかつその高さが0.05〜1.0mmの範囲にある多数の突条または独立突起を設けることにより、該多数の突条または独立突起の相互間に該インナーライナー表面に占める面積比率で5〜50%であるエア誘導路を形成した未加硫タイヤを作り、該未加硫タイヤをブラダーの膨張により金型の内面に押圧して加硫成形することを特徴とする空気入りタイヤの製造方法。
- 前記ブラダーの表面を凹凸差が0.5mm以下の平滑な面にした請求項1に記載の空気入りタイヤの製造方法。
- 前記突条のタイヤ子午線方向に対する角度が0〜85°である請求項1または2に記載の空気入りタイヤの製造方法。
