Claims (4)
- 上面の中央部に直方体状の凹部が形成され、該凹部の内側面と底面との間に段差が形成されたセラミック基体と、前記段差の上面に形成された第一のメタライズ層と、前記凹部の底面に形成された第二のメタライズ層と、前記セラミック基体の外面に設けられた第一の導体層および第二の導体層と、前記第一のメタライズ層から前記第一の導体層にかけて、および前記第二のメタライズ層から前記第二の導体層にかけてそれぞれ形成された内部導体とを具備し、前記セラミック基体の上面に前記凹部を取り囲むようにして金属製の枠状部材がロウ付けされていることを特徴とする電池用ケース。
- 前記セラミック基体は、その上面の前記凹部側の端に全周にわたって凸部が形成されており、前記枠状部材は、その内周面が前記凸部の外周面に接してロウ付けされていることを特徴とする請求項1記載の電池用ケース。
- 請求項1または請求項2記載の電池用ケースと、前記第二のメタライズ層にこれを覆って接続された正電極板と、該正電極板の上面に電解液を含浸した絶縁シートを介して密着されているとともに一端部が前記第一のメタライズ層にこれを覆って電気的に接続された負電極板と、前記枠状部材の上面に前記凹部を覆って溶接法によって取着された金属製の蓋体とを具備していることを特徴とする電池。
- 前記枠状部材および前記蓋体がアルミニウムから成ることを特徴とする請求項3記載の電池。
