Description
Claims (10)
- 液晶表示パネルと、該液晶表示パネルの背面に照明装置を配置した液晶表示装置であって、
前記照明装置は、前記液晶表示パネルと対向する面を照光面領域とする透明薄板で形成された導光板と、フレキシブルプリント基板に搭載されて前記導光板の側面に設置された点光源と、前記液晶表示パネルとの間に介在された光学シート類とからなり、
前記導光板の前記点光源が設置される側面は前記照光面から見て山形の傾斜面を形成しており、該山形の傾斜面のそれぞれを入光面として前記点光源が設置され、
前記導光板の前記山形の傾斜面が形成された側辺の前記照光面領域と平行な面方向に突出して、前記山形の頂部に一個形成された位置決めピンを有し、
前記フレキシブルプリント基板は、前記導光板に形成された前記位置決めピンに係合するフレキシブルプリント基板位置決め穴を有し、
前記フレキシブルプリント基板の前記フレキシブルプリント基板位置決め穴が前記導光板の前記位置決めピンに係合されることで、前記導光板の入光面となる前記山形の傾斜面に対して前記点光源が所定の位置に位置決めされていることを特徴とする液晶表示装置。 - 前記山形の頂部が1であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の液晶表示装置。
- 前記光学シート類は上下の拡散シートで挟持された2枚のプリズムシートで構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の液晶表示装置。
- 前記光学シート類の幾つかは、前記導光板の位置決めピンに係合するシート位置決め穴を有することを特徴とする請求項3に記載の液晶表示装置。
- 前記導光板の前記照光面と反対側に反射溝を有することを特徴とする請求項1乃至4の何れかに記載の液晶表示装置。
- 前記反射溝は、入光面の一方の傾斜面に平行に形成されていることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の液晶表示装置。
- 前記反射溝は、入光面の各傾斜面にそれぞれ平行に形成されていることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の液晶表示装置。
- 前記反射溝は、導光板の入光面を形成する短辺とは反対側の短辺に平行に形成されていることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の液晶表示装置。
- 画像を表示することができる液晶表示パネルに用いる照明装置であって、
前記照明装置は、前記液晶表示パネルと対向する面を照光面領域とする透明薄板で形成された導光板と、フレキシブルプリント基板に搭載されて前記導光板の側面に設置された点光源と、前記液晶表示パネルとの間に介在された光学シート類とからなり、
前記導光板の前記点光源が設置される側面は前記照光面から見て山形の傾斜面を形成しており、該山形の傾斜面のそれぞれを入光面として前記点光源が設置され、
前記導光板の前記山形の傾斜面が形成された側辺の前記照光面領域と平行な面方向に突出して、前記山形の頂部に一個形成された位置決めピンを有し、
前記フレキシブルプリント基板は、前記導光板に形成された前記位置決めピンに係合するフレキシブルプリント基板位置決め穴を有し、
前記フレキシブルプリント基板の前記フレキシブルプリント基板位置決め穴が前記導光板の前記位置決めピンに係合されることで、前記導光板の入光面となる前記山形の傾斜面に対して前記点光源が所定の位置に位置決めされていることを特徴とする照明装置。 - 前記山形の頂部が1であることを特徴とする請求項9に記載の照明装置。
