Claims (4)
- コンデンサ素体と、
前記コンデンサ素体の外表面に配置された少なくとも2つの第1の信号用端子電極と、
前記コンデンサ素体の前記外表面に配置された少なくとも2つの第2の信号用端子電極と、
前記コンデンサ素体の前記外表面に配置された少なくとも2つの接地用端子電極と、
前記コンデンサ素体の前記外表面に配置された少なくとも1つの第1の外部接続導体と、
前記コンデンサ素体の前記外表面に配置された少なくとも1つの第2の外部接続導体と、を備え、
前記コンデンサ素体は、積層された複数の絶縁体層と、接地用内部電極と、第1の信号用内部電極と、第2の信号用内部電極と、第3の信号用内部電極と、第4の信号用内部電極と、を有し、
前記接地用内部電極は、前記複数の絶縁体層のうち少なくとも一つの絶縁体層を挟んで前記第1又は第2の信号用内部電極と対向し、且つ前記複数の絶縁体層のうち少なくとも一つの絶縁体層を挟んで前記第3又は第4の信号用内部電極と対向するように配置されるとともに、前記少なくとも2つの接地用端子電極に接続され、
前記第1の信号用内部電極は、前記少なくとも2つの前記第1の信号用端子電極と前記少なくとも1つの第1の外部接続導体とに直接的に接続され、
前記第2の信号用内部電極は、前記少なくとも1つの前記第1の外部接続導体に接続されていることにより、前記少なくとも2つの前記第1の信号用端子電極と直接的に接続されることなく、前記少なくとも1つの第1の外部接続導体を通して前記第1の信号用内部電極にのみ接続され、
前記第3の信号用内部電極は、前記少なくとも2つの前記第2の信号用端子電極と前記少なくとも1つの第2の外部接続導体とに直接的に接続され、
前記第4の信号用内部電極は、前記少なくとも1つの前記第2の外部接続導体に接続されていることにより、前記少なくとも2つの前記第2の信号用端子電極と直接的に接続されることなく、前記少なくとも1つの第2の外部接続導体を通して前記第3の信号用内部電極にのみ接続され、
前記第1及び第2の信号用内部電極並びに前記第1の外部接続導体にて構成される2つの第1の抵抗成分が前記少なくとも2つの第1の信号用端子電極間に直列接続され、前記第3及び第4の信号用内部電極並びに前記第2の外部接続導体にて構成される2つの第2の抵抗成分が前記少なくとも2つの第2の信号用端子電極間に直列接続され、少なくとも前記第2の信号用内部電極と前記接地用内部電極とにより形成される容量成分が前記2つの第1の抵抗成分間と前記少なくとも2つの接地用端子電極との間に接続され、少なくとも前記第4の信号用内部電極と前記接地用内部電極とにより形成される容量成分が前記2つの第2の抵抗成分間と前記少なくとも2つの接地用端子電極との間に接続されている貫通型積層コンデンサアレイ。 - 前記少なくとも2つの第1の信号用端子電極は、前記コンデンサ素体の対向する一対の側面それぞれに少なくとも1つずつ配置され、
前記少なくとも2つの第2の信号用端子電極は、前記コンデンサ素体の対向する前記一対の側面それぞれに少なくとも1つずつ配置され、
前記少なくとも2つの接地用端子電極は、前記コンデンサ素体の対向する一対の側面それぞれに少なくとも1つずつ配置されている請求項1に記載の貫通型積層コンデンサアレイ。 - 前記第1及び第3の信号用内部電極が、前記コンデンサ素体内において前記絶縁体層の積層方向で同じ位置に配置され、
前記第2及び第4の信号用内部電極が、前記コンデンサ素体内において前記絶縁体層の積層方向で同じ位置に配置されている請求項1又は2に記載の貫通型積層コンデンサアレイ。 - 前記第1及び第3の信号用内部電極の双方又は一方がミアンダ形状を呈している請求項1〜3の何れか一項に記載の貫通型積層コンデンサアレイ。
