Description
(1) 直線状の直管部及びU字状の曲げ部からなる配管5を有する道路融雪パネル1において、パネル1の大きさは、直管部に平行な長さ3が300〜5000mm、直管部に垂直な長さ2が100〜4000mmであり、配管5は外面のみに溶融亜鉛めっき層又は高耐食性亜鉛めっき層を有し、配管5の曲げ部表面のめっき層に剥離損傷がなく、曲げ部及び溶接部にめっき補修痕がないように、直線状の鋼管とU字状に曲げ加工された鋼管を溶接し、又は長尺鋼管を蛇行形に曲げ加工してパネル状とし、溶融亜鉛めっきを施すことにより製造されたことを特徴とする道路融雪パネル。
(2) 直管部における隣り合う配管の間隔4が100〜300mmであることを特徴とする上記(1)記載の道路融雪パネル。
(3) 直管部と曲げ部が一体の長尺管からなり直管部と曲げ部の境目に溶接部を有しないことを特徴とする上記(1)又は(2)記載の道路融雪パネル。
(4) 前記配管は、含有Si量が質量%で0.05%未満の鋼管であることを特徴とする上記(1)〜(3)の何れか1項に記載の道路融雪パネル。
(5) 前記配管は、含有Si量が質量%で0.15%以上、0.20%以下の鋼管であることを特徴とする上記(1)〜(3)の何れか1項に記載の道路融雪パネル。
(6) また、上記道路融雪パネル1に用いる配管5は、直線状の直管部及びU字状の曲げ部からなる配管5であり、配管の外形形状は直管部に平行な長さ3が300〜5000mm、直管部に垂直な長さ2が100〜4000mmであり、配管5は外面のみに溶融亜鉛めっき層又は高耐食性亜鉛めっき層を有することを特徴とする。直管部における隣り合う配管の間隔4が100〜300mmであると好ましい。また、直管部と曲げ部が一体の長尺管からなることとすると好ましい。また、含有Si量が0.05質量%未満または0.15質量%以上0.20質量%以下の鋼管であると好ましい。

Claims (5)
- 直線状の直管部及びU字状の曲げ部からなる配管を有する道路融雪パネルにおいて、該パネルの大きさは、直管部に平行な長さが300〜5000mm、直管部に垂直な長さが100〜4000mmであり、前記配管は外面のみに溶融亜鉛めっき層又は高耐食性亜鉛めっき層を有し、前記配管の曲げ部表面のめっき層に剥離損傷がなく、曲げ部及び溶接部にめっき補修痕がないように、直線状の鋼管とU字状に曲げ加工された鋼管を溶接し、又は長尺鋼管を蛇行形に曲げ加工してパネル状とし、溶融亜鉛めっきを施すことにより製造されたことを特徴とする道路融雪パネル。
- 直管部における隣り合う配管の間隔が100〜300mmであることを特徴とする請求項1記載の道路融雪パネル。
- 直管部と曲げ部が一体の長尺管からなり、直管部と曲げ部の境目に溶接部を有しないことを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載の道路融雪パネル。
- 前記配管は、含有Si量が質量%で0.05%未満の鋼管であることを特徴とする請求項1〜3の何れか1項に記載の道路融雪パネル。
- 前記配管は、含有Si量が質量%で0.15%以上、0.20%以下の鋼管であることを特徴とする請求項1〜3の何れか1項に記載の道路融雪パネル。
