Claims (4)
- 電鋳加工により形成された金属部と、金属部を内周にインサートして型成形された樹脂部とを備え、金属部の内周面に軸受面を有し、金属部の内周に挿入される軸部材との間の相対的な回転を支持する滑り軸受であって、
前記金属部の外周面の一部が除去され、その除去部に前記樹脂部が入り込むことにより、前記金属部と前記樹脂部とを軸方向で係合させ、前記軸受面に、マスター軸の外周面に形成された型により動圧発生部が成形されたことを特徴とする滑り軸受。 - 前記金属部の除去が金属部の内周面に達するまで行われ、その除去部で樹脂部を溝底とする動圧溝を形成した請求項1記載の滑り軸受。
- 前記金属部の外周面の除去が、レーザ加工により行われる請求項1記載の滑り軸受。
- 請求項1〜3記載の何れかの滑り軸受を有する軸受装置を備えたモータ。
