Description
上記弁座10は、金属や合成樹脂等の硬質素材からなる円筒形部材10aの上端部に形成されていて、この円筒形部材10aが、上記第1ハウジング部4Aの内部の流路孔12内に嵌め付けられている。
図中17a,17b,17cは、上記隔壁部材4Cの内周とロッド9の外周との間をシールするシール部材である。
上記シール部材36は、それが上記凸壁部35に接触した状態において、上記緩衝室34a側からパイロット圧力室22に向かうパイロット流体の流れのみ遮断し、その反対側の流れは許容するものである。
即ち、上記ピストン8の外周には、上記シール部材21の装着位置よりも呼吸室29側に寄った位置に凹溝44が形成され、この凹溝44内に環状の上記マグネット41が取り付けられている。
また、上記取付溝46a,46bが形成された側面45a,45bの向きは、上記第1ハウジング部4Aに設けられた2つのメインポート6a,6bの向きとは90度異なっている。
この場合、2つのストッパ54a,54bの長さは、互いに同じであっても異なっていても良く、長さが異なる場合には、それらの一端を第1ハウジング部4Aの上端に当接させた状態で固定することもできる。

Claims (5)
- バルブハウジングの内部に、流路中の弁座を開閉する弁部材と、パイロット流体圧の作用により動作して上記弁部材を駆動するピストンとを備えた切換弁において、
上記ピストンに位置検出用のマグネットを取り付けると共に、上記バルブハウジングの側面に、位置検出用の磁気センサーを取り付けるための上記ピストンの移動方向に延びる2つのセンサー用取付溝を並列に形成し、
上記2つのセンサー用取付溝は、バルブハウジングの一端側から他端側に向けて互いに同じ方向に延びるように形成し、上記一端側から奥端壁に至る溝長を互いに異ならしめ、一方のセンサー用取付溝における奥端壁に当接又は近接する位置を、上記弁部材が弁座を閉鎖したときのピストン位置を検出する弁閉止位置検出用磁気センサーの取付位置とし、他方のセンサー用取付溝における奥端壁に当接又は近接する位置を、上記弁部材が弁座を全開したときのピストン位置を検出する弁開放位置検出用磁気センサーの取付位置とした、
ことを特徴とする位置検出機構付き切換弁。 - 上記2つの奥端壁間の長さが、上記ピストンの動作ストロークと同長であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の切換弁。
- 上記バルブハウジングの相対する2つの側面にそれぞれ上記2つの取付溝が形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の切換弁。
- 上記2つのセンサー用取付溝における奥端壁が、センサー用取付溝内に取り付けられたストッパにより形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜3の何れかに記載の切換弁。
- 上記2つのセンサー用取付溝における奥端壁が、センサー用取付溝内の奥端側に挿入された長さが互いに相違する軸部を備えたストッパによって形成されていることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の切換弁。
