Claims (4)
- 振動源側と支持側の一方に取り付けられる第1取付具と、
振動源側と支持側の他方に取り付けられる第2取付具と、
前記第1取付具と第2取付具との間に介設されたゴム状弾性体からなる防振基体と、
ゴム状弾性膜からなる第1ダイヤフラムと、
前記防振基体が室壁の一部をなす液体が封入された主液室と、
前記第1ダイヤフラムが室壁の一部をなす液体が封入された副液室と、
前記主液室に対して開口する主液室側開口と前記副液室に対して開口する副液室側開口により前記主液室と副液室を連通させるオリフィス通路を形成するオリフィス部材と、
を備え、
前記オリフィス部材は、前記オリフィス通路と前記主液室又は副液室とを区画する隔壁を備え、前記主液室側開口と副液室側開口の間の前記オリフィス通路の一部における前記隔壁が、前記主液室又は副液室に面して当該主液室又は副液室と前記オリフィス通路とを区画する可撓性のゴム状弾性膜からなる第2ダイヤフラムで構成されており、
前記第2ダイヤフラムは、前記オリフィス通路の一部における前記隔壁に前記主液室又は副液室に対して開口する開口部を設け、該開口部を閉塞するように当該開口部の全周縁にわたって前記可撓性のゴム状弾性膜を固定することで形成された、
液封入式防振装置。 - 前記第2取付具が筒状をなし、前記第1ダイヤフラムが前記第2取付具に取り付けられて前記防振基体との間に液体が封入された液室を形成し、前記液室が仕切り部によって前記主液室と前記副液室とに仕切られており、前記仕切り部が、前記第2取付具の周壁部の内側に嵌着されて前記オリフィス通路を形成する環状の前記オリフィス部材と、前記オリフィス部材の内側で前記主液室と副液室を軸芯方向に仕切る仕切壁とからなる、請求項1記載の液封入式防振装置。
- 前記隔壁に設けられた前記開口部がゴム膜の加硫成形により閉塞されることで前記第2ダイヤフラムが形成された、請求項2記載の液封入式防振装置。
- 前記第2ダイヤフラムは、前記オリフィス部材の周方向に沿って形成された前記オリフィス通路において、該オリフィス通路の周方向長さの半分以上の周方向長さで設けられた、請求項2記載の液封入式防振装置。
