Description
前記ハウジングに連結される回転駆動源と、
前記回転駆動源の回転駆動力を直線運動に変換して変位部材に伝達することにより、前記変位部材を直線状に往復動作させる駆動力伝達軸と、
前記変位部材に付与される衝撃を吸収する緩衝機構と、
を備え、
前記変位部材は、ピストンと、前記ピストンの軸線方向に沿った孔部内に保持され、前記駆動力伝達軸の螺回作用下に前記ピストンと一体的に変位する摺動ナットとを有し、
前記摺動ナットは、前記ピストンの一端部に連結された連結体と他端部に連結された環状体によって保持され、
前記緩衝機構は、前記摺動ナットの一端部から所定だけ突出すると共に該摺動ナットの一端部と前記連結体との間に介装される第1のピストンダンパと、前記摺動ナットの他端部から所定だけ突出すると共に該摺動ナットの他端部と前記環状体との間に介装される第2のピストンダンパとを有し、
前記第1と第2のピストンダンパによって衝撃を吸収する際、前記摺動ナットと該ピストンとは、前記駆動力伝達軸の軸線方向に沿って相対的に変位可能に設けられることを特徴とする。

Claims (2)
- ハウジングと、
前記ハウジングに連結される回転駆動源と、
前記回転駆動源の回転駆動力を直線運動に変換して変位部材に伝達することにより、前記変位部材を直線状に往復動作させる駆動力伝達軸と、
前記変位部材に付与される衝撃を吸収する緩衝機構と、
を備え、
前記変位部材は、ピストンと、前記ピストンの軸線方向に沿った孔部内に保持され、前記駆動力伝達軸の螺回作用下に前記ピストンと一体的に変位する摺動ナットとを有し、
前記摺動ナットは、前記ピストンの一端部に連結された連結体と他端部に連結された環状体によって保持され、
前記緩衝機構は、前記摺動ナットの一端部から所定だけ突出すると共に該摺動ナットの一端部と前記連結体との間に介装される第1のピストンダンパと、前記摺動ナットの他端部から所定だけ突出すると共に該摺動ナットの他端部と前記環状体との間に介装される第2のピストンダンパとを有し、
前記第1と第2のピストンダンパによって衝撃を吸収する際、前記摺動ナットと該ピストンとは、前記駆動力伝達軸の軸線方向に沿って相対的に変位可能に設けられることを特徴とする電動アクチュエータ。 - 請求項1記載の電動アクチュエータにおいて、
前記緩衝機構は、さらに、弾性体によって形成され、前記ピストン側に臨む前記ハウジングの端部に設けられた第1エンドダンパと、前記ハウジングから所定距離離間するロッドカバーに設けられた第2エンドダンパとを有することを特徴とする電動アクチュエータ。
