Description
図1は、本発明の実施の形態に係るハイブリッド車両の構成を示した概略図である。
図2を参照して、主動力源1は、内燃機関(以下、エンジンと記す)10と、モータジェネレータMG1と、これらエンジン10とモータジェネレータMG1との間でトルクを合成もしくは分配する遊星歯車機構12とを含む。
図3を参照して、キャリヤ(C)19に入力されるエンジン10の出力するトルクに対して、モータジェネレータMG1による反力トルクをサンギヤ(S)17に入力すると、これらのトルクを加減算した大きさのトルクが、出力要素となっているリングギヤ(R)18に現れる。
図4を参照して、ブレーキB2によってリングギヤ25を固定すれば、低速段Lが設定され、モータジェネレータMG2の出力したトルクが変速比に応じて増幅されて出力軸2に付加される。これに対してブレーキB1によって第1サンギヤ21を固定すれば、低速段Lより変速比の小さい高速段Hが設定される。この高速段Hにおける変速比も“1”より大きいので、モータジェネレータMG2の出力したトルクがその変速比に応じて増大させられて出力軸2に付加される。
図5に示す油圧制御装置31は、図2の各ブレーキB1,B2に対して油圧を吸排してその係合・開放の制御を行なう。油圧制御装置31は、エンジンの回転に伴い発生するトルクTEによって回転される機械式オイルポンプ32と、T−ECU27からの回転数指令INEOPを受ける駆動回路40と、駆動回路40によって回転数が制御される電動式オイルポンプ33と、逆止弁35,36と、油圧回路34とを含む。
図6は、本発明の実施の形態において制御装置(T−ECU)27が実行する制御の制御構造を示したフローチャートである。このフローチャートの処理は、所定のメインルーチンから一定時間毎または所定の条件を満たす毎に呼び出されて実行される。
図6、図7を参照して、まず初期状態においては制御装置27は、ステップS1において車両がEV走行中(エンジン停止中で走行)であり、かつシフトレバー位置がニュートラルポジションで、走行レンジがNレンジに設定されているか否かを判断する。
Claims (6)
- 車両の制御装置であって、
前記車両は、
駆動輪と、
駆動軸から前記駆動輪に駆動トルクを伝達する油圧式変速機と、
前記油圧式変速機に対して元油圧を発生させる電動式オイルポンプと、
内燃機関と、
前記内燃機関から機械的動力を受けて回転し、前記元油圧を発生させる機械式オイルポンプと、
前記内燃機関の始動トルクを発生する第1の回転電機と、
走行レンジを切換えるシフトレバーとを含み、
前記制御装置は、前記シフトレバーによってニュートラルレンジが選択されている間は前記第1の回転電機にトルクが発生しないように制御し、
前記制御装置は、前記ニュートラルレンジが選択されており前記内燃機関を停止させている場合において、前記電動式オイルポンプの状態が第1の回転数での運転を継続することが好ましくない状態になったときには、前記電動式オイルポンプの回転数を前記第1の回転数から前記第1の回転数よりも低い第2の回転数に変更する、車両の制御装置。 - 前記制御装置は、車両が所定の警告条件を満たすときに運転者に前記シフトレバー位置を前記ニュートラルレンジとは異なる走行レンジを選択する位置へ変更するように警告し、
前記所定の警告条件は、前記電動式オイルポンプの状態が前記第1の回転数での運転を継続することが好ましくない状態になったことを含む、請求項1に記載の車両の制御装置。 - 前記制御装置は、警告後に前記シフトレバー位置が前記ニュートラルレンジとは異なる走行レンジを選択する位置へ変更されない場合は、車両を走行不許可状態に設定する、請求項2に記載の車両の制御装置。
- 前記警告に応じて前記ニュートラルレンジとは異なる走行レンジが選択された場合、前記機械式オイルポンプに機械的動力を与える前記内燃機関が始動可能となる、請求項2または3に記載の車両の制御装置。
- 前記車両は、
前記駆動軸の駆動トルクを発生する第2の回転電機と、
前記内燃機関のクランクシャフト、前記第1の回転電機の回転軸、前記第2の回転電機の回転軸に3つの入力軸が機械的に結合される動力分割機構とをさらに備え、
前記動力分割機構は、前記3つの入力軸のうちいずれか2つの入力軸の回転が定まると、他の1つの入力軸の回転は自ずと定まり、
前記制御装置は、前記シフトレバーによってニュートラルレンジが選択されている間は、前記第2の回転電機を停止させ、かつ、前記第1の回転電機も停止させ前記内燃機関の始動ができない状態に車両を設定する、請求項1に記載の車両の制御装置。 - 請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の車両の制御装置を搭載する車両。
