Claims (3)
- 第1圧電体を挟んで対向する複数の個別電極及びコモン電極を有し、前記個別電極と前記コモン電極との間に電圧が印加されることで変位する活性層と、
前記活性層に対して積層され、前記活性層の一方側に対する前記活性層の変位を規制する拘束層と、
前記拘束層における前記活性層とは反対側の面に設けられ、前記各個別電極に電圧を印加するための複数の第1端子電極及び前記コモン電極に電圧を印加するための第2端子電極とを備え、
前記拘束層は、互いに積層された複数の第2圧電体と、前記各第2圧電体の間に配置され、前記第2圧電体に形成された第1スルーホールを介して前記各個別電極と前記各第1端子電極とを電気的に接続するための複数の第1中継電極と、前記各第2圧電体の間に配置され、前記第2圧電体に形成された第2スルーホールを介して前記コモン電極と前記第2端子電極とを電気的に接続するための第2中継電極とを有し、
前記活性層に隣接する前記第2圧電体の厚みは、前記第1圧電体の厚みよりも大きいことを特徴とする圧電素子。 - 前記第1中継電極及び前記第2中継電極は、前記個別電極と前記コモン電極とが重なり合う領域を避けるように設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1記載の圧電素子。
- 前記活性層における最も前記拘束層側の位置及び前記活性層における最も前記拘束層とは反対側の位置には、前記コモン電極がベタ状に設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1または2記載の圧電素子。
