Claims (3)
- シリンダライナ付きエンジンのシリンダボア用穴の周囲に折り返し部と第1ダンパービードを有する第1の金属板と、前記折り返し部の内側に一部が挿入され、前記折り返し部の折り返し先端部よりも外周側に第2ダンパビードを有する第2の金属板と、前記第1ダンパビードと前記第2ダンパビードの間に配置される第3の金属板とから構成されるシリンダヘッドガスケットであって、
前記第1ダンパビードと前記第2ダンパビードをフルビードで互いに凸部を内側にして対向させて、シリンダライナとシリンダケースの境界部分の段差を跨ぐ位置に形成すると共に、
前記第2の金属板の前記第2ダンパビードの内側の裾野部をV字形状に立ち上げて、前記折り返し部に挿入したことを特徴とするシリンダヘッドガスケット。 - シリンダライナ付きエンジンのシリンダボア用穴の周囲に折り返し部と第1ダンパービードを有する第1の金属板と、前記折り返し部の内側に一部が挿入され、前記折り返し部の折り返し先端部よりも外周側に第2ダンパビードを有する第2の金属板と、前記第1ダンパビードと前記第2ダンパビードの間に配置される第3の金属板とから構成されるシリンダヘッドガスケットであって、
前記第1ダンパビードをフルビードで、前記第2ダンパビードをハーフビードで形成し、前記第1ダンパービードをシリンダライナとシリンダケースの境界部分の段差を跨ぐ位置に形成すると共に、前記第2ダンパビードの外周側を前記境界部分の外側の位置に形成し、
前記第2の金属板の前記第2ダンパビードの内側を前記折り返し部に挿入したことを特徴とするシリンダヘッドガスケット。 - 前記第1の金属板と前記第2の金属板の水穴をシールする部分に互いに凸部を内側にして対向する第1ハーフビードと第2ハーフビードをそれぞれ設けたことを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載のシリンダヘッドガスケット。
