Description
薬品洗浄は物理洗浄では除去しきれない物質を薬品によって分解または溶解させて除去する洗浄方法である。薬品洗浄方法の一つとして、薬品を含む水で逆洗し、薬品浸漬工程を設けて膜の洗浄効果を向上させる洗浄方法が考案されている。

Claims (9)
- 被処理水を膜ろ過処理する膜の洗浄方法において、
前記被処理水を膜ろ過する膜ろ過工程と、
前記膜ろ過工程後にろ過とは逆方向にろ過水を通水して前記膜の逆流洗浄を行う逆流洗浄工程と、
前記膜ろ過工程および前記逆流洗浄工程を予め定めた所定回数繰り返した後または膜の目詰まりに応じて、前記膜ろ過水に薬品を添加して前記膜の逆流洗浄を行う薬品添加逆流洗浄工程とを有し、
前記薬品添加逆流洗浄工程は、添加する薬品として重亜硫酸ナトリウムを使用する還元剤添加逆流洗浄工程に次いで、添加する薬品として硫酸を使用する酸添加逆流洗浄工程を行うことを特徴とする膜の洗浄方法。 - 前記薬品添加逆流洗浄工程における、前記還元剤添加逆流洗浄工程と前記酸添加逆流洗浄工程を実行する頻度を、前記膜の目詰まりに応じて、それぞれ設定することを特徴とする請求項1記載の膜の洗浄方法。
- 前記膜を通過して、前記膜ろ過水に含有する溶解性金属が、酸化により前記膜の二次側に析出した金属酸化物質を、前記還元剤添加逆流洗浄工程で前記還元剤により溶解し、前記膜の二次側から一次側に通過させることを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2に記載の膜の洗浄方法。
- 前記被処理水に含有する溶解性金属が、酸化されたことで、前記膜の一次側または膜細孔内に析出した金属酸化物質を、前記還元剤添加逆流洗浄工程で前記還元剤により溶解し、前記膜の一次側から系外に排出させることを特徴とする請求項1〜請求項3のいずれかに記載の膜の洗浄方法。
- 前記薬品添加逆流洗浄工程が、前記還元剤添加逆流洗浄工程に次いで前記酸添加逆流洗浄工程を行う洗浄に、酸化剤を使用した酸化剤添加逆流洗浄工程を更に組み合わせることを特徴とする請求項1〜請求項4のいずれかに記載の膜の洗浄方法。
- 前記薬品添加逆流洗浄工程が、前記還元剤添加逆流洗浄工程に次いで前記酸添加逆流洗浄工程を行った後に、前記酸化剤添加逆流洗浄工程を行うことを特徴とする請求項5に記載の膜の洗浄方法。
- 前記被処理水は、マンガン、鉄及びアルミニウムのうちの少なくとも1つを含有することを特徴とする請求項1〜請求項6のいずれかに記載の膜の洗浄方法。
- 被処理水をろ過する膜モジュールと、
ろ過水を貯留して前記膜モジュールに前記膜ろ過水を通水して前記膜モジュールを洗浄する逆流洗浄手段と、
前記ろ過水に薬品を添加する薬品添加手段と、を備え、
前記薬液添加手段は、前記添加する薬品として重亜硫酸ナトリウムを前記膜ろ過水に添加する還元剤添加手段と、
前記重亜硫酸ナトリウムを添加して逆洗浄を実施した後で、前記添加する薬品として硫酸を前記膜ろ過水に添加する酸溶液添加手段と、を有することを特徴とする膜の洗浄装置。 - 前記薬品添加手段は、前記添加する薬品として酸化剤を前記膜ろ過水に添加する酸化剤添加手段を更に有することを特徴とする請求項8に記載の膜の洗浄装置。
