Claims (12)
- 組織束内に含有された解剖学的管を結紮するためのデバイスであって、
第1延出可能部材と、第2延出可能部材と、該第1延出可能部材と該第2延出可能部材との間に位置するドップラー桿と、先端とを備えた套管と;
この套管を、前記組織束に対して隣接配置するための手段と;
前記ドップラー桿から前記組織束を通して前記管に向けて超音波信号を伝達するための手段と;
前記ドップラー桿によって前記組織束を通して前記管により反射された超音波反射信号を受領するための手段と;
前記組織束の第1サイドにおいて前記第1延出可能部材を使用して前記組織束内に陥入するための手段と;
前記管に関して前記套管の前記先端とは反対側に位置したサイドにおいて、前記第1および前記第2延出可能部材の間にわたって所定長さの結紮材料を貫通させるための手段と;
を具備することを特徴とするデバイス。 - 請求項1記載のデバイスにおいて、
前記第1延出可能部材が、前記結紮材料が取り付けられた着脱可能部材を備え、
前記デバイスが、さらに、前記第2延出可能部材の一部によって前記着脱可能部材を捕捉するための手段を具備していることを特徴とするデバイス。 - 請求項1記載のデバイスにおいて、
さらに、
前記第2延出可能部材を基端向きに引き込むための手段と;
前記第1延出可能部材から前記着脱可能部材を解放するための手段と;
を具備していることを特徴とするデバイス。 - 請求項1記載のデバイスにおいて、
前記第1延出可能部材が、前記結紮材料が取り付けられた組織貫通部材を備え、
前記デバイスが、さらに、前記組織貫通部材によって前記組織束を穿孔するための手段を具備していることを特徴とするデバイス。 - 請求項4記載のデバイスにおいて、
前記組織貫通部材が、前記結紮材料が取り付けられた組織貫通部材を有し、
前記デバイスが、さらに、前記第2延出可能部材の一部によって前記着脱可能部材を捕捉するための手段を具備していることを特徴とするデバイス。 - 請求項4記載のデバイスにおいて、
さらに、
前記第2延出可能部材を基端向きに引き込むための手段と;
前記第1延出可能部材から前記着脱可能部材を解放するための手段と;
を具備していることを特徴とするデバイス。 - 組織束内に含有された管を閉塞するための結紮デバイスであって、
ドップラー桿と先端とを備えた套管を、前記組織束の近傍へと非切開式に配置するための手段と;
前記ドップラー桿から前記組織束を通して前記管に向けて超音波信号を伝達するための手段と;
前記ドップラー桿によって前記組織束を通して前記管により反射された超音波反射信号を受領するための手段と;
前記組織束の第1サイドにおいて前記組織束内に陥入する第1陥入手段と;
前記組織束の前記第1サイドとは反対側の第2サイドにおいて前記組織束内に陥入する第2陥入手段と;
前記管に関して前記套管の前記先端とは反対側に位置したサイドにおいて、前記第1陥入手段および前記第2陥入手段の間にわたって所定長さの結紮材料を貫通させるための手段と;
を具備し、
前記ドップラー桿は、前記第1陥入手段と前記第2陥入手段との間に位置していることを特徴とするデバイス。 - 請求項7記載のデバイスにおいて、
前記第1陥入手段が、前記結紮材料が取り付けられた着脱可能部材を有している第1延出可能部材を備え、
前記デバイスが、さらに、前記第2陥入手段の一部によって前記着脱可能部材を捕捉するための手段を具備していることを特徴とするデバイス。 - 請求項8記載のデバイスにおいて、
前記第2陥入手段が、第2延出可能部材を備え、
前記デバイスが、さらに、
前記第2延出可能部材を基端向きに引き込むための手段と;
前記第1延出可能部材から前記着脱可能部材を解放するための手段と;
を具備していることを特徴とするデバイス。 - 請求項7記載のデバイスにおいて、
前記第1陥入手段が、前記結紮材料が取り付けられた組織貫通部材をを備え、
前記デバイスが、さらに、前記組織貫通部材によって前記組織束を穿孔するための手段を具備していることを特徴とするデバイス。 - 請求項10記載のデバイスにおいて、
前記組織貫通部材が、前記結紮材料が取り付けられた組織貫通部材を有し、
前記デバイスが、さらに、前記第2延出可能部材の一部によって前記着脱可能部材を捕捉するための手段を具備していることを特徴とするデバイス。 - 請求項10記載のデバイスにおいて、
さらに、
前記第2陥入手段を基端向きに引き込むための手段と;
前記第1延出可能部材から前記着脱可能部材を解放するための手段と;
を具備していることを特徴とするデバイス。
