Claims (18)
- 特に脂肪含有充填材料用の回転式真空容器クロージャーであって、前記回転式真空容器クロージャーは、ポリマー化合物を含む容器クロージャーシールを有し、前記シールは、実質的に又は全体的に前記ポリマー化合物から構成され、
a)前記ポリマー化合物は、PVCを含まず、少なくとも1種のTPS及び少なくとも1種のco-PPを含み、
b)前記ポリマー化合物は、ショアA硬度(ASTM D2240、DIN ISO 7619-1)が70℃で30~85であり、MFR(DIN ISO 1133、5kg/190℃)が2.0g/10min未満であり、
c)前記ポリマー化合物は、20℃で10%以下の液体構成成分を含む、回転式真空容器クロージャー。 - 前記ポリマー化合物は、POEを実質的に含まない、請求項1に記載の回転式真空容器クロージャー。
- 前記ポリマー化合物は、ホモPPを実質的に含まない、請求項1又は2に記載の回転式真空容器クロージャー。
- 前記ポリマー化合物は、少なくとも1種のSEBS、SEEPS又はポリブテンを含む、請求項1~3のいずれか一項に記載の回転式真空容器クロージャー。
- 前記ポリマー化合物は、スチレン含有量レベルが20%~40%であり、好ましくは、スチレン含有量レベルが26%~34%、具体的には29%~33%、最も好ましくは31%~32%のスチレンである線状SEBSを含む、請求項1~4のいずれか一項に記載の回転式真空容器クロージャー。
- 前記ポリマー化合物は、少なくとも1%、具体的には少なくとも5%、より好ましくは少なくとも10%のTPS、又は、20%、より好ましくは少なくとも30%、通常好ましくは少なくとも40%のTPSを含む、請求項1~5のいずれか一項に記載の回転式真空容器クロージャー。
- 前記ポリマー化合物は、ショアA硬度(ASTM D2240、DIN ISO 7619-1)が23℃で50~90、好ましくは55~80のTPSを含む、請求項1~6のいずれか一項に記載の回転式真空容器クロージャー。
- 前記ポリマー化合物は、ショアD硬度(ASTM D2240、DIN ISO 7619-1)が23℃で55未満、好ましくは45未満、特に好ましくは40未満、かつ、15より大きく、又は20より大きく、より好ましくは30より大きいco-PPを含む、請求項1~7のいずれか一項に記載の回転式真空容器クロージャー。
- 前記ポリマー化合物は、MFRが、2.16kg/230℃で測定されると、30g/10min未満、より好ましくは20g/10min未満、更により好ましくは10g/10min未満のco-PPを含む、請求項1~8のいずれか一項に記載の回転式真空容器クロージャー。
- 前記ポリマー化合物は、MFR(2.16kg/230℃)が少なくとも0.1、より具体的には少なくとも0.3、更により具体的には少なくとも0.5、最大15、より具体的に最大12、更により特別に最大10のco-PPを含む、請求項1~9のいずれか一項に記載の回転式真空容器クロージャー。
- 前記ポリマー化合物は、融点が165℃未満、より好ましくは160℃未満、通常好ましくは150℃未満のco-PPを含む、請求項1~10のいずれか一項に記載の回転式真空容器クロージャー。
- 前記ポリマー化合物は、1%~80%、好ましくは5%~65%のco-PPを含む、請求項1~11のいずれか一項に記載の回転式真空容器クロージャー。
- 前記ポリマー化合物は、少なくとも1種の更なるポリマー、特に、LLDPEを含む、請求項1~12のいずれか一項に記載の回転式真空容器クロージャー。
- 前記ポリマー化合物は、10%以下、好ましくは7%以下、特に4%以下、特に好ましくは1%以下の潤滑剤を含有する、請求項1~13のいずれか一項に記載の回転式真空容器クロージャー。
- 前記ポリマー化合物は、20℃で、7%以下、特に4%以下の液体成分を含有する、請求項1~14のいずれか一項に記載の回転式真空容器クロージャー。
- 低温殺菌可能であり、好ましくは滅菌可能でもある、請求項1~15のいずれか一項に記載の回転式真空容器クロージャー。
- 真空保持を示す、請求項1~16のいずれか一項に記載の回転式真空容器クロージャー。
- 前記ポリマー化合物は、圧縮永久歪み(ASTM D395-97方法B)が23℃で最大50%、より好ましくは最大40%、より好ましくは最大30%である、請求項1~17のいずれか一項に記載の回転式真空容器クロージャー。
