Claims (21)
- 特に脂肪含有充填材用の容器クロージャーシールであって、ポリマー化合物を含み、前記容器クロージャーシールが実質的に又は全体的に以下で構成され、
a)前記ポリマー化合物は、PVCフリーであり、少なくとも1つのTPSを含み、また、少なくとも2つの異なるco-PP、又は、ショアA硬度が最大80であり、結晶化エンタルピーが最大30J/gであり、融点が少なくとも155℃である少なくとも1つのco-PPを含み、
b)ポリマーエタノールは、ショアA硬度が70℃で30~86であり、メルトフローインデックス(5kg/190℃)が20g/10分未満であり、20℃で10%を超える液体成分を含有しない、容器クロージャーシール。 - 前記少なくとも1つのco-PPは、ショアA硬度が最大75であり、及び/又は、結晶化エンタルピーが最大20J/gであり、及び/又は、融点が少なくとも160℃である、請求項1に記載の容器クロージャーシール。
- 前記ポリマー化合物が、ホモPPを実質的に含まない、請求項1又は2に記載の容器クロージャーシール。
- 前記ポリマー化合物が、少なくとも1つのSEBS、SEEPS又はポリブテンを含む、請求項1~3のいずれか一項に記載の容器クロージャーシール。
- 前記ポリマー化合物が、スチレン含有量レベルが26%~34%、具体的には、29%~33%、最も好ましくは、31%~32%のスチレンを有する線状SEBS又はSEEPSを含む、請求項1~4のいずれか一項に記載の容器クロージャーシール。
- 前記ポリマー化合物が、少なくとも20%、より好ましくは、少なくとも30%のTPSを含む、請求項1~5のいずれか一項に記載の容器クロージャーシール。

- 前記ポリマー化合物が、スチレン含有量が10%~23%であり、ショアA硬度が30~60であり、MFI(2.16kg/230℃)が2~30g/10分である第2のSEBSを有する、請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の容器クロージャーシール。
- 前記ポリマー化合物が、ショアD硬度が25以下、より好ましくは、20以下である第1のco-PPと、ショアD硬度が25以上、より好ましくは、30以上であるが45以下である第2のco-PPとを含む、請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載の容器クロージャーシール。
- 前記ポリマー化合物が、MFI(2.16g/10分)が30以下、より好ましくは、20以下、最も好ましくは、10g/10分以下である第1のco-PPと、MFI(2.16g/10分)が35以下、より好ましくは25以下、最も好ましくは、10g/10分以下である第2のco-PPとを含む、請求項1~9のいずれか一項に記載の容器クロージャーシール。
- 前記ポリマー化合物が、MFI(2.16kg/230℃)が少なくとも0.1、より具体的には、少なくとも0.3、更に具体的には、少なくとも0.5g/10分である少なくとも1つのco-PPを含む、請求項1~10のいずれか一項に記載の容器クロージャーシール。
- 前記第1のco-PPのDSC融点が、前記第2のco-PPのDSC融点よりも高い、請求項1から11のいずれか一項に記載の容器クロージャーシール。
