前記アウターコンタクトを前記同軸ケーブルに取り付けるための圧着部材と、を含み、
前記アウターコンタクトの基端部は、前記同軸ケーブルの前記内側絶縁体層と前記外部導体層との間に位置しており、
前記圧着部材を、前記アウターコンタクトの前記基端部上に位置する前記同軸ケーブルの前記外部導体層に圧着することにより、前記アウターコンタクトが前記同軸ケーブルに取り付けられていることを特徴とする電気コネクタ。

Claims (7)
- 芯線と、前記芯線を覆う内側絶縁体層と、前記内側絶縁体層を覆う外部導体層と、前記外部導体層を覆う外側絶縁体層と、を含む同軸ケーブルに接続される電気コネクタであって、
前記同軸ケーブルの前記芯線に接続されるコンタクトピンと、
前記コンタクトピンを内部で保持する絶縁性のハウジングと、
前記ハウジングを覆う筒状のアウターコンタクトと、
前記アウターコンタクトを前記同軸ケーブルに取り付けるための圧着部材と、を含み、
前記アウターコンタクトの基端部は、前記同軸ケーブルの前記内側絶縁体層と前記外部導体層との間に位置しており、
前記圧着部材を、前記アウターコンタクトの前記基端部上に位置する前記同軸ケーブルの前記外部導体層に圧着することにより、前記アウターコンタクトが前記同軸ケーブルに取り付けられていることを特徴とする電気コネクタ。 - 前記圧着部材は、前記同軸ケーブルの前記外部導体層を囲むように、前記同軸ケーブルの前記外部導体層に圧着されており、
前記圧着部材と前記アウターコンタクトとの間で前記同軸ケーブルの前記外部導体層が挟持され、これにより、前記アウターコンタクトが前記同軸ケーブルに取り付けられている請求項1に記載の電気コネクタ。 - 前記圧着部材は、前記同軸ケーブルの前記外部導体層の外周面を囲むように、前記同軸ケーブルの前記外部導体層に圧着される第1の圧着部を備えている請求項1または2に記載の電気コネクタ。
- 前記圧着部材の前記第1の圧着部は、一方の端部において互いに接続され、前記同軸ケーブルの前記外部導体層を囲むよう閉じられた一対の板状部と、前記一対の板状部の一方に形成された係合凹部と、前記一対の板状部の他方に形成された係合凸部と、を備えており、
前記一対の板状部の一方に形成された前記係合凹部と、前記一対の板状部の他方に形成された前記係合凸部とが係合することにより、前記一対の板状部が開くことが防止されている請求項3に記載の電気コネクタ。 - 前記圧着部材は、前記同軸ケーブルの前記外部絶縁体層の外周面を囲むように、前記同軸ケーブルの前記外部導体層に圧着される第2の圧着部を備えており、
前記圧着部材の前記第1の圧着部と前記第2の圧着部は、互いに接続されている請求項3または4に記載の電気コネクタ。 - 前記アウターコンタクトの前記基端部と前記同軸ケーブルの前記内側絶縁体層との間に位置する絶縁性のリング部材をさらに含む請求項1ないし5のいずれかに記載の電気コネクタ。
