Claims (8)
- 塗装ブースと、
被塗装物であるワークに対して塗装前処理を行う前処理用ロボットと
を備え、
前記前処理用ロボットは、
前記塗装ブース内に配置され、前記塗装前処理用のエンドエフェクタを有する防爆ロボットであること
を特徴とするロボットシステム。 - 前記前処理用ロボットは、
前記ワークの搬送向きについて前記ワークを挟むようにそれぞれ配置され、前記搬送向きに沿う搬送中心面に対してお互いに軸構成が対称であること
を特徴とする請求項1に記載のロボットシステム。 - 前記前処理用ロボットは、
第1軸まわりに回転する第1アームと、
前記第1軸と垂直な第2軸まわりに旋回する第2アームと
を備え、
前記第1アームの基準姿勢において前記第2アームが前記第1軸よりも前記ワークに近い位置となるようにそれぞれ配置されること
を特徴とする請求項2に記載のロボットシステム。 - 前記塗装ブースは、
前記搬送向きについて前記ワークを挟むようにそれぞれ配置される側壁
を備え、
前記前処理用ロボットは、
前記側壁にそれぞれ壁掛けされること
を特徴とする請求項3に記載のロボットシステム。 - 前記前処理用ロボットは、
前記第1軸が前記搬送向きに沿う向きとなるようにそれぞれ配置されること
を特徴とする請求項3または4に記載のロボットシステム。 - 前記エンドエフェクタは、
前記塗装前処理として除塵処理および除電処理を行うこと
を特徴とする請求項3~5のいずれか一つに記載のロボットシステム。 - 前記エンドエフェクタに接続される前記除塵処理用のホースをさらに備え、
前記ホースは、
前記第2アームの外部における前記ワーク側に配索されること
を特徴とする請求項6に記載のロボットシステム。 - 前記前処理用ロボットは、
前記搬送向きについてシフトする位置にそれぞれ配置されること
を特徴とする請求項2に記載のロボットシステム。
