本発明者らは、例えば、下記のように特徴づけられる硬化した支持体材料を提供する支持体材料配合物を設計し、首尾良く調製し、実施している:
10時間未満である、または5時間未満である、または2時間である、硬化した支持体材料から作製され、800mLのアルカリ性溶液に浸漬される20×20×20mmの立方体の溶解時間(ただし、アルカリ性溶液は2%wt.のNaOHおよび1%wt.のメタケイ酸ナトリウムを含む);および
上記支持体材料配合物から作製される20mm×20mm×20mmの立方体の機械的強度が、下記の実施例の節において記載されるような圧縮試験によって測定される場合、少なくとも100Nであること。
非硬化性の水混和性ポリマー;
第1の水混和性の硬化性材料;および
少なくとも1種の第2の水混和性の硬化性材料。
本発明のいくつかの実施形態によれば、第2の硬化性材料は、本明細書中に記載されるように、第1の水混和性材料を硬化エネルギーにさらしたときに形成されるポリマー鎖の間における分子間相互作用を妨げることができるように選択される。

本発明のいくつかの実施形態の1つの局面によれば、本明細書中に記載されるような支持体材料配合物を利用する三次元造形物物体を作製する方法が提供される。この方法はまた、本明細書中では作製プロセスまたは造形物作製プロセスとして示される。いくつかの実施形態において、この方法は、未硬化の組立て材料を、物体の形状に対応する設定されたパターンで複数の層を連続して形成するように分配することを含む。いくつかの実施形態において、(未硬化の)組立て材料は、それぞれの実施形態のいずれかにおいて本明細書中に記載されるような造形用材料配合物および支持体材料配合物を含む。

mは、2~6の範囲での整数、好ましくは2~4の範囲での整数であり、あるいは2または3である;かつ、
RaおよびRbはそれぞれが独立して、HまたはC(1~4)アルキルである。
式中、Raは水素またはC(1~4)アルキルである;
kは、2~10の整数、または2~8の整数、または2~6の整数、または2~4の整数であり、あるいは2または3である;かつ、
Yは、本明細書中に記載されるように、水素結合形成化学的部分であり、例えば、酸素または窒素を含有する部分(例えば、ヒドロキシル、アミン、アルキルアミンおよびジアルキルアミンなど)である。
Claims (19)
- ポリオールを含む非硬化性の水混和性ポリマー、
第1の水混和性の硬化性材料、
少なくとも1種の第2の水混和性の硬化性材料、および
開始剤、界面活性剤、染料、顔料および抑制剤のうちの少なくとも1種
からなる支持体材料配合物であって、
前記第1の水混和性の硬化性材料は、一官能性のポリ(アルキレングリコール)アクリレートを含み、
前記第2の水混和性の硬化性材料は下記の式Iによって表され、
式中、
Raは、H、C(1~4)アルキルおよび親水性基から選択される;
kは、2~10の範囲の整数、または2~8の範囲の整数、または2~6の範囲の整数、または2~4の範囲の整数であり、あるいは、2または3である;かつ
XおよびYはそれぞれ独立して、少なくとも1個の窒素原子および/または酸素原子を含む水素結合形成部分である、支持体材料配合物。 - 前記第2の水混和性の硬化性材料は、前記水素結合形成化学的部分によって置換されるアクリルアミドである、請求項1に記載の支持体材料配合物。
- Yは、ヒドロキシル、アルコキシ、アリールオキシ、アミン、アルキルアミン、ジアルキルアミン、カルボキシレート、ヒドラジン、カーバメート、ヒドラジン、窒素含有複素脂環および酸素含有複素脂環から選択される、請求項1に記載の支持体材料配合物。
- Xは-O-である、請求項3に記載の支持体材料配合物。
- Raは、第2の水混和性の硬化性材料がアクリレートであるようにHである、請求項4に記載の支持体材料配合物。
- Xは、-NRc-(式中、Rcは、水素、アルキル、シクロアルキルまたはアリールである)である、請求項5に記載の支持体材料配合物。
- Raは、第2の水混和性の硬化性材料がアクリルアミドであるようにHである、請求項6に記載の支持体材料配合物。
- 前記水混和性ポリマーは、ポリオールを含む、請求項1~8のいずれかに記載の支持体材料配合物。
- 前記ポリオールは、ポリオール3165、ポリプロピレングリコールおよびポリグリセロールからなる群から選択される請求項8に記載の支持体材料配合物。
- 前記水混和性ポリマーの濃度は、支持体材料配合物の総重量の30~80重量%の範囲である、請求項1~9のいずれかに記載の支持体材料配合物。
- 前記第1の水混和性の硬化性材料の濃度は、支持体材料配合物の総重量の10~20重量%の範囲である、請求項1~10のいずれかに記載の支持体材料配合物。
- 前記第2の水混和性の硬化性材料の濃度は、支持体材料配合物の総重量の5~10重量%である、請求項1~11のいずれかに記載の支持体材料配合物。
- 前記第1の水混和性の硬化性材料の濃度は、支持体材料配合物の総重量の10~20重量%の範囲であり、前記第2の水混和性の硬化性材料の濃度は、支持体材料配合物の総重量の5~10重量%である、請求項1~10のいずれかに記載の支持体材料配合物。
- 前記第1および第2の水混和性の硬化性材料のそれぞれは、UV硬化性材料である、請求項1~13のいずれかに記載の支持体材料配合物。
- 前記第2の水混和性の硬化性材料は、アクリレート、メタクリレート、アクリルアミドまたはメタクリルアミドから選択される、請求項1~14のいずれかに記載の支持体材料配合物。
- 支持体材料配合物を硬化エネルギーにさらしたときに形成される硬化した支持体材料は、アルカリ性溶液に溶解可能である、請求項1~15のいずれかに記載の支持体材料配合物。
- 前記アルカリ性溶液に浸漬されたときの硬化した支持体材料の溶解時間は、前記第2の水混和性の硬化性材料が存在しない同等の支持体材料配合物から作製される硬化した支持体材料の溶解時間の2分の1未満である、請求項16に記載の支持体材料配合物。
- 前記硬化した支持体材料から作製され、800mLの前記アルカリ性溶液に浸漬される16グラムの立方体の溶解時間は、2時間未満である、請求項16に記載の支持体材料配合物。
- 支持体材料配合物を硬化エネルギーにさらしたときに形成される硬化した支持体材料は、第2の水混和性の硬化性材料が存在せず、かつ、支持体材料配合物と実質的に同じ総濃度の硬化性材料を含む同等の支持体材料配合物から作製される硬化した支持体材料の機械的強度よりも最大でも50%低い機械的強度によって特徴づけられる、請求項1~18のいずれかに記載の支持体材料配合物。
