Abstract
Description
Claims (15)
- 流動層反応器の水管パネル部の製造方法であって、
(a)第1の端部と、第2の端部と、前記第1の端部と前記第2の端部との間の中央部とを備え、前記第1の端部及び前記第2の端部の各々は外面と略一定の外径OD1とを有し、前記中央部は外面と前記外径OD1よりも小さい略一定の外径OD2とを有する、複数の金属管を提供するステップと、
(b)Dが(OD1−OD2)/2であるところ、前記中央部の前記外面において、前記中央部の前記外面を覆うように、最大でDの略一定の厚さを有する、周方向に延びる金属コーティングを提供するステップと、
(c)前記複数の金属管を平面内に互いに並列に配置するステップと、
(d)隣り合って並列に配置された金属管の各対の間にフィンを連続的に溶接することによって前記水管パネル部を形成するステップと、
を備える、方法。 - 前記複数の金属管の各々は、前記金属管の前記第1の端部と前記第2の端部との間にDに等しい一定の深さを有する周方向に延びる凹部を形成することで前記金属管の前記中央部を作製することによって形成され、前記凹部は前記外径OD2を有するように前記金属管の前記中央部の前記外面を囲む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記複数の金属管の各々は、前記外径OD2を有する第1の管部の両端を、第2の管部の一端及び第3の管部の一端にそれぞれ同軸で当接するように接続することによって形成され、前記第2及び第3の管部は前記第1の外形OD1を有しており、それによって前記第1の管部は前記金属管の前記中央部を形成し、前記第2及び第3の管部はそれぞれ前記金属管の前記第1及び第2の端部を形成する、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記周方向に延びる金属コーティングは、スパイラル溶接オーバーレイとして提供される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記周方向に延びる金属コーティングを提供するステップは、前記コーティングの少なくとも一端が、前記各金属管の隣接する端部の前記外面と滑らかに同一平面になるように行われる、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記複数の金属管の各々及び前記金属管の間の前記フィンを、前記金属管の前記第1の端部の方向から前記金属管の前記第1の端部と前記平面の法線との両方に垂直な軸を中心として屈曲方向へ曲げることによって、前記水管パネル部の中央区域に第1の角度の第1の屈曲を形成するステップと、前記屈曲方向から第2の方向へ、前記第1の角度とは反対且つ前記第1の角度と等しいか又はそれよりも大きい第2の角度の第2の屈曲を形成するステップと、を更に備える、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記金属管の各々の前記金属コーティングは、前記第1及び第2の屈曲にわたって延びる、請求項6に記載の方法。
- 前記金属管の各々の前記金属コーティングは、前記第2の屈曲から前記金属管の前記第2の端部に向かうよりも前記第1の屈曲から前記金属管の前記第1の端部に向かう方が長い距離にわたって延びている、請求項7に記載の方法。
- 流動層反応器の水管パネル部であって、
第1の端部と、第2の端部と、前記第1の端部と前記第2の端部との間の中央部とを備え、前記第1の端部及び前記第2の端部の各々は、外面と、略一定の外径OD1とを有する、複数の金属管と、
前記複数の金属管の前記中央部に前記中央部の前記外面を囲むように形成された、周方向に延びる凹部であって、それによって前記中央部は、外面と、前記外径OD1よりも小さい略一定の外径OD2とを有する、凹部と、
Dが(OD1−OD2)/2であるところ、平面内に互いに並列に配置された前記複数の金属管の各々の前記凹部を覆うように、最大でDの一定の厚さを有する、周方向に延びる金属コーティングと、
並列に配置された隣り合う金属管の各対の間に、前記水管パネル部を形成するように連続的に溶接されたフィンと、
を備える、水管パネル部。 - 前記周方向に延びる金属コーティングは、スパイラル溶接オーバーレイとして提供される、請求項9に記載の水管パネル部。
- 前記周方向に延びる金属コーティングは、前記凹部の少なくとも一端において、前記各金属管の隣接する端部の前記外面と滑らかに同一平面になる、請求項9に記載の水管パネル部。
- 前記水管パネル部は、前記複数の水管の各々及び前記金属管の間の前記フィンが前記金属管の前記第1の端部の方向から前記金属管の前記第1の端部と前記平面の法線との両方に垂直な軸を中心として屈曲方向へ曲げられた、前記水管パネル部の中央区域の第1の角度の第1の屈曲と、前記屈曲方向から第2の方向へ、前記第1の角度とは反対且つ前記第1の角度と等しいか又はそれよりも大きい第2の角度の第2の屈曲と、を備える、請求項9に記載の水管パネル部。
- 前記金属管の各々の前記金属コーティングは、前記第1及び第2の屈曲にわたって延びる、請求項12に記載の水管パネル部。
- 前記金属管の各々の前記金属コーティングは、前記第2の屈曲から前記金属管の前記第2の端部に向かうよりも前記第1の屈曲から前記金属管の前記第1の端部に向かう方が長い距離にわたって延びている、請求項13に記載の水管パネル部。
- 前記金属管の各々の前記金属コーティングは、前記第1の屈曲から前記金属管の前記第1の端部に向かって、少なくとも1メートルの距離にわたって延びている、請求項12に記載の水管パネル部。
