本实用新型涉及的是适合于流化床锅炉局部防磨用的锅炉管抗涡流护瓦总成。该护瓦总成包括锅炉管上接端、锅炉管下接端及与其连接的锅炉管本体,其特征在于:锅炉管本体外覆耐磨层,形成圆筒形或半圆筒形护瓦总成。在整个长度上圆筒形或半圆筒形护瓦外径与上接端及下接端尺寸相同。与大祥护瓦配套使用,在护瓦总成耐磨层与其相连接的导角护瓦处,形成凸台,使涡流磨损产生在护瓦总成的耐磨层上。耐磨层硬度高,抵抗涡流磨损寿命2年以上。

一种锅炉管抗涡流护瓦总成
技术领域:本实用新型涉及一种适合于流化床锅炉管局部防磨损用的抗涡流护瓦总成。
背景技术:流化床锅炉管,例如水冷壁管采用大祥护瓦、浇注料、碳化硅砖或喷涂进行防磨时不可避免的形成凸台,即使凸台很微小,也会造成涡流磨损。随着凸台的上移,涡流磨损也上移,因而,局部防磨损不可能得到根本解决。
发明内容:本实用新型的目的是克服上述技术的不足,而发明了一种锅炉管抗涡流护瓦总成,与大祥合金护瓦配合使用,将涡流磨损稳定在锅炉管抗涡流护瓦总成的耐磨层部位,这样就能根本的解决局部防磨损问题。本实用新型的目的是通过下述技术方案实现的:一种锅炉管抗涡流护瓦总成,它包括锅炉管上接端(1)、锅炉管下接端(4)及与其连接的锅炉管本体(3),锅炉管本体(3)外复耐磨层(2),形成圆筒形或半圆筒形护瓦总成,在整个长度上圆筒形或半圆筒形护瓦外径与上接端(1)及下接端(4)尺寸相同。
该锅炉管抗涡流护瓦总成,经试验在700℃高温状态下不会因为本体管和耐磨层膨胀系数不同造成应力破坏。其优点在于:结构简单、耐磨损、使用寿命长,而且费用低,以济南锅炉厂35t/h流化床锅炉水冷壁管防磨为例,如不使用水冷壁管抗涡流护瓦总成,则任何一种防磨方案都不能完好解决。最经济的方案是水冷壁管抗涡流护瓦总成与大祥护瓦配套使用,费用8万元,而喷涂方案本身费用就是12万元,再加上水冷壁管抗涡流护瓦总成费用4万元,合计16万元,其费用是前者费用的2倍。

具体实施例:
图1为水冷壁管抗涡流护瓦总成,它包括锅炉管上接端1、锅炉管下接端4及与其连接的锅炉管本体3,锅炉管本体3外复耐磨层2,形成圆筒形或半圆筒形护瓦总成。在整个长度上圆筒形或半圆筒形护瓦外径与上接端1及下接端4尺寸相同。其制作方法是:先截取一段600mm长水冷壁管,将该管两端各留100mm,中间400mm制成复合管,即小外径的本体管表面附着耐磨层2,耐磨层2的外径与本体管3上下两端接管部分的外径相同,无任何微小凸台,这样可保证没有涡流发生。本体管3壁厚3-4mm,完全保证高压、次高压、中压水冷壁管的承压要求,其上接端1及下接端4与锅炉水冷壁管焊接,即制成水冷壁管抗涡流护瓦总成。
图2是在35t/h济南流化床锅炉上的安装方案,在使用时,先确定水冷壁管抗涡流的部位,再将这段水冷壁管切断,中间接上水冷壁管抗涡流护瓦总成,上端焊缝磨平,不允许有微小凸台。将导角护瓦5内表面涂上传热密结物后压合在水冷壁管抗涡流护瓦总成耐磨层2与水冷壁管下接端4中间接缝处,导角护瓦5上端与耐磨层2重合不小于20mm(接缝处向上算起),下端用A402焊条与水冷壁管下接端相焊接。接着再安装下一护瓦,两护瓦间距10mm,上盖止口6,止口与下面护瓦7相焊接。以此类推,完成护瓦安装。工作原理:按此安装,导角护瓦在导角处形成了凸台,产生磨损涡流,被磨损的部位正好是水冷壁管抗涡流护瓦总成的耐磨层。
