Abstract
Description
Claims (8)
- 基体材料からなる伝熱管又は膜表面上の、Crを少なくとも20%含有する耐食性合金からなる肉盛溶接構造体であって、
溶接ヘッドを用いてオーバーレイ材料を溶融させることによって前記伝熱管又は膜表面に形成された、前記オーバーレイ材料の第1の連続的なビード部と、
溶接ヘッドを用いて前記オーバーレイ材料を溶融させることによって前記伝熱管又は膜表面に形成された、前記オーバーレイ材料の第2の連続的なビード部であって、前記第1のビード部と部分的に重なり合い、前記第1のビード部と該第2のビード部との間に溝が形成される、第2の連続的なビード部と、
比較的滑らかな表面を形成するように、溶接ヘッドを用いてオーバーレイ材料を前記第1のビード部と前記第2のビード部との間の前記溝の中に溶融させることによって前記伝熱管又は膜表面に形成された、前記オーバーレイ材料の第3の連続的なビード部と
を含み、
前記肉盛溶接構造体は、前記第3の連続的なビード部間に約10%の重複から約10%の間隙を有する、肉盛溶接構造体。 - 前記第1のビード部と前記第2のビード部との平均の重複が20%未満である請求項1に記載された肉盛溶接構造体。
- 前記第1のビード部と前記第2のビード部との平均の重複が15%未満である請求項2に記載された肉盛溶接構造体。
- 前記第1のビード部と前記第2のビード部との平均の重複が5mm未満である請求項1に記載された肉盛溶接構造体。
- 前記第1のビード部と前記第2のビード部との平均の重複が3mm未満である請求項4に記載された肉盛溶接構造体。
- 前記第3の連続的なビード部のオーバーレイ材料が、前記第1の連続的なビード部及び前記第2の連続的なビード部のオーバーレイ材料と同じである請求項1に記載された肉盛溶接構造体。
- 前記第1の連続的なビード部及び前記第2の連続的なビード部が、螺旋管状のオーバーレイであり、前記第3の連続的なビード部が、別の螺旋管状のオーバーレイである請求項1に記載された肉盛溶接構造体。
- 前記第1の連続的なビード部、前記第2の連続的なビード部及び前記第3の連続的なビード部が、平行で直線状のビードである請求項1に記載された肉盛溶接構造体。
