Claims (10)
- 第1ポート、第2ポート、及び当該第1ポートと当該第2ポートとを接続する流路を有するように一体形成されたハウジング部材を有するハウジングを備える流体圧バルブ。
- 前記ハウジングは、その軸方向に延在する第1ハウジング部分と、第1ハウジング部分と前記軸方向において隣接しており前記第1ハウジング部分よりも小さな外径を有するように形成された第2ハウジング部分と、を有しており、
前記第1ポート、前記第2ポート、及び前記流路は、前記第1ハウジング部分に形成されている、
請求項1に記載の流体圧バルブ。 - 前記流路を開閉する弁体をさらに備え、
前記ハウジングは、その軸方向において前記弁体と対向する位置にバルブシートを有しており、
前記弁体は、前記ハウジングの軸方向に移動可能に設けられ、閉止位置において前記バルブシートに当接することにより前記流路を閉塞するように構成されている、
請求項1又は請求項2に記載の流体圧バルブ。 - 前記弁体は、その径が前記バルブシートの径よりも大きくなるように形成されている、
請求項3に記載の流体圧バルブ。 - 前記ハウジングにおいて作動流体の流れを整流する突起が形成されている、請求項4に記載の流体圧バルブ。
- 前記弁体の前記バルブシートと対向する端面に作動流体の流れを整流する突起が形成されている、請求項4に記載の流体圧バルブ。
- 前記流路は、前記ハウジングの周方向に延伸する周回流路を有し、
前記周回流路の断面は、前記ハウジングの径方向における寸法が前記ハウジングの軸方向における寸法よりも小さい、
請求項1から請求項6のいずれか1項に記載の流体圧バルブ。 - 前記周回流路は、前記第1ポートに接続されており、
前記周回流路の前記第1ポートから遠位にある第1の位置における流路断面積が、当該第1の位置よりも前記第1ポートの近位にある第2の位置における流路断面積よりも小さくなるように形成されている、
請求項7に記載の流体圧バルブ。 - 前記周回流路は、その流路断面の少なくとも一部が湾曲面で形成されている、
請求項8に記載の流体圧バルブ。 - 一組の流体圧室が画成されたシリンダを有する流体圧アクチュエータと、
前記一組の流体圧室のうちの一方と連絡流路を介して連通する流体圧バルブと、
を備え、
前記連絡流路の少なくとも一部は、前記シリンダの外表面に沿って延伸する、
流体圧サーボ機構。
