Abstract
Description
図1に、本実施形態(第1実施形態)に係る円筒型電池10の断面図を例示する。円筒型電池10は、例えばリチウムイオン二次電池である18650型の円筒型電池であってよい。なお、以下では適宜、正極側を上側(天面側)、負極側を下側(底面側)に配置した状態で円筒型電池10の構成について説明する。円筒型電池10は、電池ケース12、電極体14、封口ユニット16、及び外装ユニット18を備える。
図7に、第2実施形態に係る円筒型電池10を例示する。図1との差異点は、キャップ36の形状及び絶縁リング66の配置にある。それ以外の構成については図1と同様であるため、以下では適宜説明を省略する。
図11には、第3実施形態に係る円筒型電池10が例示されている。図1との差異点は、キャップ36の形状及び絶縁リング66の配置にある。それ以外の構成については図1と同様であるため、以下では適宜説明を省略する。
Claims (4)
- 電極体を収容し、負極に接続される電池ケースと、
前記電池ケースの収容口を封止し、正極突起となる凸部と前記凸部に接続されその周縁部が絶縁体を挟んで前記電池ケースに近接する平坦部とを備えるキャップと、
前記平坦部と前記電池ケースとの近接部を含んで前記平坦部を覆い、かつ、前記凸部に対応して露出穴が形成された絶縁リングと、
前記絶縁リング及び前記電池ケースの外面を覆い両者を固定する外装ラベルと、
を備える円筒型電池であって、
前記平坦部には、前記絶縁リングとの対向面に突条部が設けられた、
円筒型電池。 - 請求項1に記載の円筒型電池であって、
前記突条部と前記絶縁リングとの間に間隙を有する、円筒型電池。 - 請求項1または2に記載の円筒型電池であって、
前記絶縁リングの露出穴の径は前記凸部の径を超過するように形成され、
前記突条部は、前記絶縁リングと前記凸部との間隙よりも外周側に形成された、円筒型電池。 - 請求項1から3のいずれか一つに記載の円筒型電池であって、
前記凸部の側壁が蛇腹状に形成され、
前記蛇腹状の側壁の谷部に入り込むように前記絶縁リングが配置された、円筒型電池。
