Abstract
Description
1.PVC樹脂、カルシウム/亜鉛(Ca/Zn)安定剤、モノマー可塑剤、ポリマー可塑剤、共安定剤、炭酸カルシウム(CaCO3)、及び三酸化アンチモンを混合装置に加え、85〜105℃の温度でこれらを処理する。
2.前の工程で得られたプレミックスに、以下の構成成分:ニトリルゴム、酸化防止剤及び黒色顔料を加え、175〜195℃を含む温度でこの材料を溶融させる。
3.この混合物を、170〜190℃の温度で作動する均質化装置に注ぐ。

この試験は、サンプルを150℃で24、48、120、240、336及び480時間曝露した後の重量喪失(又は質量喪失)を測定するものである。重量喪失レベルが低いほど、テープの耐熱性が良い。この試験は、実施例1、2及び3並びに比較例1の組成物で実施された。CaCO3又はMgO又はケイ酸アルミニウムの添加の効果を示す重量喪失試験の結果を図2に示す。
TA InstrumentsのQ 500で、合成空気を用いて、30℃〜1000℃、20℃/分の加熱速度で、TGAを実施した。
図4は、実施例1、2及び3におけるSEM分析によるPVCマトリックス中の充填剤分散を示すいくつかの画像を示す。
Claims (12)
- ポリ塩化ビニル、炭酸カルシウム、及びカルシウム・亜鉛安定剤を含む、耐高温性絶縁接着テープ基材組成物。
- 前記ポリ塩化ビニルが、前記組成物の総重量に対して約30重量%〜60重量%含まれる、請求項1に記載の基材組成物。
- 前記カルシウム/亜鉛安定剤が、前記組成物の総重量に対して約4重量%〜20重量%含まれる、請求項1に記載の基材組成物。
- 前記炭酸カルシウムが、前記組成物の総重量に対して約10重量%〜60重量%含まれる、請求項1に記載の基材組成物。
- 前記炭酸カルシウムが、前記組成物の総重量に対して約10重量%〜30重量%含まれる、請求項1に記載の基材組成物。
- 約40重量%〜50重量%のポリ塩化ビニル、約5重量%〜15重量%のカルシウム/亜鉛安定剤、及び13重量%〜23重量%の炭酸カルシウムを含む、請求項1に記載の基材組成物。
- モノマー可塑剤を更に含む、請求項1に記載の基材組成物。
- 前記モノマー可塑剤が、トリメリット酸トリオクチル又はフタル酸ジイソノニルを含む、請求項7に記載の基材組成物。
- 1種以上の酸化防止剤、顔料、モノマー可塑剤、ポリマー可塑剤、難燃剤、及び共安定剤を更に含む、請求項1に記載の基材組成物。
- 前記炭酸カルシウムが、約1〜20マイクロメートルの粒径を有する、請求項1に記載の基材組成物。
- 少なくとも20,000時間の曝露時間にわたって105℃の耐熱性を有する、請求項1に記載の基材組成物。
- 感圧性接着剤で被覆された、請求項1に記載の基材組成物を含む、絶縁テープ。
