- 光の波長300nmから700nmまでの間で、10%より小さいRIT値の偏差を有する透明セラミックの製造のための材料であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のセラミック材料。
- 前記金属酸化物が、不純物、特に、Fe、Mn、Cr、V、Zn、Sn、Ti、Si、Zr、Ca、Na、K、Li、Y、Ni、Coおよび/またはCuの不純物を100〜500ppm、好ましくは100〜200ppm含むことを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載のセラミック材料。
- 前記不純物が、原子レベルで微細に分布されて前記金属酸化物中に存在していることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の材料。
- 前記金属酸化物が、立方晶系を有することを特徴とする、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項に記載のセラミック材料。
- 前記立方晶系を有する金属酸化物が、スピネル、特に、Mg−Alスピネル、ZrO2、YとAlとからの混合物の酸化物、Al、N、Oと酸化アルミニウムとからの混合材料を、立方晶構造および非立方晶構造に含んでいることを特徴とする、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項に記載のセラミック材料。
- 請求項1から6までのいずれか1項に記載のセラミック材料の、透明セラミックの製造のための使用。
