Abstract
Description
Claims (6)
- 燃料と酸化剤ガスとにより発電する燃料電池と、
前記燃料電池からのアノードオフガスと前記燃料電池からのカソードオフガスとが燃焼されて燃焼排ガスを生成する燃焼部と、
前記酸化剤ガスを前記燃焼部に供給する酸化剤ガス供給装置と、
前記燃料電池および前記燃焼部を収容するケーシングと、
を備えた燃料電池システムであって、
屋内に設置され、少なくとも前記ケーシングおよび前記酸化剤ガス供給装置を収容する気密構造の燃料電池室と、
屋外からの空気を導入して前記燃料電池室内に吸気する吸気部、および前記燃料電池室内の空気を導出して前記屋外に排気する排気部を備えた換気排気ラインと、
前記燃料電池室内と前記燃料電池とを連通して、前記燃料電池室内の前記酸化剤ガスを含む空気を前記燃料電池に供給するカソードエア供給管、および前記燃焼部と前記燃料電池室の外部とを連通して、前記燃焼部で生成された燃焼排ガスを前記屋外に導出する排気管を備えた燃焼排気ラインと、
前記換気排気ラインの前記吸気部に設けられ、前記燃料電池室内に空気を吸気する第1ファンと、
前記換気排気ラインの前記排気部に設けられ、前記燃料電池室内より空気を排気する第2ファンと、
前記第1ファンおよび前記第2ファンを制御する制御装置と、
を備えた燃料電池システム。 - 前記燃料電池システムの発電中は、少なくとも前記第2ファンを駆動し、前記燃料電池室内を負圧に保つ請求項1に記載の燃料電池システム。
- 前記第1ファンの吸気能力よりも、前記第2ファンの排気能力を大きくした請求項1または請求項2に記載の燃料電池システム。
- 前記燃料電池システムは、改質水を蒸発させて水蒸気を生成させる蒸発部を備え、前記制御装置は、前記燃料電池システムの停止運転の開始後、前記ケーシング内の水蒸気の発生が停止されるまで、前記第1ファンを駆動する請求項1ないし請求項3のいずれか1項に記載の燃料電池システム。
- 前記制御装置は、前記蒸発部の温度変化が上昇から低下に移行したこと、前記蒸発部の温度が所定温度以下となったこと、前記燃料電池システムの発電が停止した後所定時間が経過したことのいずれか1つが検知された場合に、前記ケーシング内の水蒸気の発生が停止したと判断する請求項4に記載の燃料電池システム。
- 前記屋内に、前記燃料電池室の前記吸気部および前記排気部にそれぞれ接続される燃焼装置を併設し、前記燃料電池システムの待機中であっても、前記燃焼装置の駆動信号に基づいて、前記第1ファンを駆動する請求項1ないし請求項5のいずれか1項に記載の燃料電池システム。
