Description
Claims (20)
- 支持体に接続するための複合材構造物であって、
連続補強繊維及び樹脂マトリックスを備える荷重支持要素であって、前記荷重支持要素が、前記支持体への接続のための取り付け部分を有し、前記取り付け部分が、所定の表面積を有する表面を備える、荷重支持要素と、
樹脂マトリックス内に不連続繊維を備える接続要素であって、前記接続要素が、前記荷重支持要素の前記取り付け部分の前記表面を覆って成形される第1の部分、及び、前記支持体への接続のための第2の部分を備える、接続要素と
を備える、複合材構造物。 - 前記連続補強繊維が一方向性である、請求項1に記載の複合材構造物。
- 前記接続補強物が、一方向繊維を備える複数のチップを備える、請求項1に記載の複合材構造物。
- 前記荷重支持要素の前記取り付け部分が、前記取り付け部分の前記表面積を増加させる少なくとも1つの結合強化表面を備える、請求項1に記載の複合材構造物。
- 前記結合強化表面が、前記取り付け部分を貫通する穴を画定し、前記穴が、前記不連続繊維及び前記不連続繊維のための前記樹脂マトリックスで実質的に充填される、請求項1に記載の複合材構造物。
- 前記接続要素の前記第2の部分が、前記複合材構造物を前記支持体に接続するための表面を提供するように機械加工若しくは成形された1つ又は複数の表面を備える、請求項1に記載の複合材構造物。
- 前記接続要素の前記第2の部分が、前記接続補強物の中に機械加工された穴を備える、請求項6に記載の複合材構造物。
- 前記接続要素の前記第2の部分が、前記支持体上の対応する合わせ面との係合のための合わせ面を提供するように機械加工されている、請求項6に記載の複合材構造物。
- 請求項1に記載の複合材構造物及び前記接続要素が接続される支持体を備える組立体。
- 前記支持体が、航空宇宙用の乗り物の一部である、請求項9に記載の組立体。
- 支持体への接続のための複合材構造物を作製するための方法であって、
連続補強繊維及び樹脂マトリックスを備える荷重支持要素を提供するステップであって、前記荷重支持要素が、前記支持体への接続のための取り付け部分を有し、前記取り付け部分が、所定の表面積を有する表面を備える、ステップと、
樹脂マトリックス内に不連続繊維を備える接続要素を形成するステップであって、前記接続要素が、前記荷重支持要素の前記取り付け部分の前記表面を覆って成形される第1の部分、及び、前記支持体への接続のための第2の部分を備える、ステップと
を備える、方法。 - 前記連続補強繊維が一方向性である、請求項11に記載の複合材構造物を作製するための方法。
- 前記接続補強物が、一方向繊維を備える複数のチップを備える、請求項13に記載の複合材構造物を作製するための方法。
- 前記荷重支持要素の前記取り付け部分が、前記取り付け部分の前記表面積を増加させる少なくとも1つの結合強化表面を備える、請求項11に記載の複合材構造物を作製するための方法。
- 前記結合強化表面が、前記取り付け部分を貫通する穴を画定し、前記穴が、前記不連続繊維及び前記不連続繊維のための前記樹脂マトリックスで実質的に充填される、請求項11に記載の複合材構造物を作製するための方法。
- 前記複合材構造物を前記支持体に接続するための1つ又は複数の表面を提供するように、前記接続要素の前記第2の部分を成形又は機械加工する追加のステップを含む、請求項11に記載の複合材構造物を作製するための方法。
- 前記接続要素の前記第2の部分が、前記接続補強物の中に機械加工された穴を備える、請求項16に記載の複合材構造物を作製するための方法。
- 前記接続要素の前記第2の部分が、前記支持体上の対応する合わせ面との係合のための合わせ面を提供するように機械加工又は成形されている、請求項16に記載の複合材構造物を作製するための方法。
- 請求項1に記載の複合材構造物を提供するステップと、
前記複合材構造物の前記接続要素を支持体に接続するステップと
