Claims (5)
- 電磁弁が搭載されるバルブベースと、
前記バルブベースから突出して設けられ、前記電磁弁の出力ポートに連通し、外周面に環状の係合突起を有する出力継手と、
前記係合突起が嵌合する凹部を内周面に有し、環状のシール突起部が外周面に設けられた出力用の継手シール部材と、
を有するマニホールド電磁弁。 - 請求項1記載のマニホールド電磁弁において、突き当てられた複数の前記バルブベースにより、流路ブロックが装着されるブロック装着面を形成したマニホールド電磁弁。
- 請求項2記載のマニホールド電磁弁において、前記流路ブロックに形成された接続孔の内周面に前記継手シール部材の前記シール突起部を接触させる、マニホールド電磁弁。
- 請求項2または3記載のマニホールド電磁弁において、
複数のバルブベースを突き当てて形成されるバルブベース組立体の端面に装着され、前記ブロック装着面に連なる延長面が設けられたエンドブロックを有し、
前記電磁弁の給気ポートに連通する給気継手と前記電磁弁の排気ポートに連通する排気継手のうち少なくとも一方を前記延長面に突出させて前記エンドブロックに設け、
前記給気継手と前記排気継手の少なくとも一方に、給排用の継手シール部材を着脱自在に装着し、
前記給排用の継手シール部材は、前記給気継手と前記排気継手の少なくとも一方の外周面の環状の係合突起に嵌合する凹部を内周面に有し、環状のシール突起部が外周面に設けられた、マニホールド電磁弁。 - 請求項4記載のマニホールド電磁弁において、前記エンドブロックを前記バルブベース組立体の両端面に装着し、
前記電磁弁の給気ポートに連通する給気継手を一方の前記エンドブロックの前記延長面に突出させて設け、
前記電磁弁の排気ポートに連通する排気継手を、他方の前記エンドブロックの前記延長面に突出させて設け、
前記給気継手と前記排気継手のそれぞれに前記給排用の継手シール部材を着脱自在に装着する、マニホールド電磁弁。
